국문 초록

본 연구는 체육계열 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로정체감, 취업불안이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국에 체육을 전공하는 대학생 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 269명의 자료가 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과 및 논의를 바탕으로 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로정체감, 진로준비행동 간에는 유의미한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로정체감, 취업불안은 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미친다. 따라서 체육계열 대학생의 진로준비행동 수준을 증가시키기 위해서는 스스로를 이해하고, 자신의 능력, 흥미는 무엇인지 파악 할 줄 알아야 하며, 진로를 준비하는 과정에서 마주하게 되는 불안 수준을 스스로 조절 할 수 있는 능력을 향상시키는 것에 여러 가지 방안을 마련하고 활용하여야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to analyse the effects of career decision-making self-efficacy, career identification, job-seeking anxiety on the career preparation behavior of university students majoring in physics. For the purpose, 300 students were sampled, and finally 269 students data were analyzed. The conclusions from results and discussions are as follows. First, there are relation ships among career decision-making self-efficacy, career identification and career preparation behavior. second career decision-making self-efficacy and job-seeking anxiety effect on the career preparation behavior. Therefore, in order to increase the level of career preparation behavior of university students majoring in physics, students need to understand themselves, to understand what their abilities and interests are. university try to develop and utilize various ways to improve the level of career decision-making self-efficacy, career identification and job-seeking anxiety.
