특수 외국어 전공 대학생의 진로장벽, 전공만족도가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 특수 외국어 전공 대학생의 진로장벽, 전공만족도가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 B광역시 소재 1개 대학의 특수 외국어를 전공하는 1~4학년을 대상으로 345명의 자료를 수집했고, 통계분석을 위해 SPSS 26.0을 사용하였다. 해당 연구결과는 첫째, 특수 외국어 전공 대학생의 진로장벽, 전공만족도, 진로준비행동은 모두 상관관계가 있었다. 진로장벽은 전공만족도와 진로준비행동에 부적 상관을 나타냈고, 전공만족도는 진로준비행동에 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 진로장벽은 진로준비행동에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 특히, 진로장벽의 하위요인 중 흥미부족, 직업정보부족, 자기명확성부족 순으로 영향관계가 있었다. 셋째, 전공만족도는 진로준비행동에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 전공만족도의 경우, 교과 및 수업만족만 진로준비행동과 영향관계가 있었다. 넷째, 진로장벽, 전공만족도는 진로준비행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 코로나19의 지속에 따른 특수 외국어 전공 대학생에게 필요한 맞춤형 진로지도, 진로교육, 진로상담, 전공과목 개선 및 개발에 적용해서 진로준비행동에 부정적인 요인인 진로장벽을 낮추고, 전공만족도를 높여 진로준비행동에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a multiple return analysis to find out the impact of career barriers and major satisfaction on career preparation behavior of college students majoring in special foreign languages. To this end, 345 students were collected from the first to fourth graders majoring in special foreign languages at one university in Busan, and SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis. First of all, the results of the study were correlated with the career barriers, major satisfaction, and career preparation behaviors of college students majoring in special foreign languages. Career barriers showed amulet correlation with major satisfaction and career preparation behavior, while major satisfaction indicated static correlation with career preparation behavior. Second, career barriers had a negative impact on career preparation behavior. In particular, among the lower factors of the career barrier, there was a lack of interest, lack of job information, and lack of self-identity. Third, satisfaction level of major had a positive effect on career preparation behavior. In the case of major satisfaction, only the curriculum and class satisfaction had an impact on career preparation behavior. Fourth, career barriers and major satisfaction affected career preparation behavior. These findings can be applied to customized career guidance, career education, career counseling, and improvement and development of major subjects required for college students majoring in special foreign languages following the continuation of the Korona 19 and can be used as basic data to contribute to career preparation behavior by lowering career barriers, which are negative factors for preparation behavior, and by increasing satisfaction in majors.
