유아교사의 다측면적 회복탄력성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 지각된 사회적 지지(정서적, 정보적, 도구적, 평가적)의 조절효과

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 유아교사의 다측면적 회복탄력성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 나타나는 지각된 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 수도권 소재 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 유아교사 363명을 대상으로 다측면적 회복탄력성(자신감, 대인관계 효율성, 낙관적 태도, 분노조절), 지각된 사회적 지지(정서적, 정보적, 도구적, 평가적) 및 심리적 안녕감(자율성, 환경에 대한 통제력, 개인적 성장, 자아수용)을 측정하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램과 Excel Macro를 활용하였으며 조절회귀분석(moderated multiple regression analysis) 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사의 다측면적 회복탄력성 중 자신감, 대인관계 효율성, 낙관적 태도는 심리적 안녕감에 유의미한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 사회적 지지의 경우, 정서적 지지와 평가적 지지가 심리적 안녕감에 유의미한 영향력을 주었다. 유아교사의 회복탄력성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 나타나는 지각된 사회적 지지의 조절효과는 사회적 지지가 상호작용하는 회복탄력성 하위요인에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 구체적으로, 도구적 지지는 심리적 안녕감에 대한 분노조절의 부적 영향력을 약화시키고 정적 영향력을 강화시키는 조절효과를 나타냈다. 평가적 지지의 경우, 자신감이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 정적 영향력을 약화시키는 조절효과를 보였다. 또한, 평가적 지지는 심리적 안녕감에 대한 분노조절의 부적 영향력을 약화시키고 정적 영향력을 강화시키는 조절효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 학술적, 실제적 의의와 향후 연구에 대한 방향성을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the moderating effects of perceived social supports on the relationship between early childhood teachers’ multidimensional resilience and psychological well-being. For this purpose, this study measured 363 early childhood teachers’ multidimensional resilience (self-confidence, interpersonal relation efficacy, optimistic attitude, emotion control), perceived social supports (emotional, informational, instrumental, appraisal), and psychological well-being (autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, self-acceptance). Collected data was analyzed by the moderated multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 software and Excel Macro. Results showed that self-confidence, interpersonal relation efficacy, and optimistic attitude of early childhood teachers’ multidimensional resilience significantly influenced their psychological well-being. Regarding perceived social supports, emotional and appraisal supports significantly influenced early childhood teachers’ psychological well-being. The moderating effects of perceived social supports were different according to the sub-constructs of resilience. Specifically, instrumental support had a moderating effect that reduced the negative effect and enhanced the positive effect of emotion control on psychological well-being. Regarding appraisal support, it had a moderating effect that reduced the positive effect of self-confidence. Also, the appraisal support had a moderating effect that reduced the negative effect and enhanced the positive effect of emotion control on psychological well-being. Theoretical and practical implications and future research directions were discussed.
