국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성인애착과 우울의 관계에서 자기침묵이 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구대상은 대학생 241명으로, 자료수집은 2020년 1월 28일부터 3월 15일까지 이루어졌다. 친밀관계경험검사(Experience in Close Relationship-Revised:ECR-R), 자기침묵 척도(Silencing The Self Scale;STSS), 통합적 한국판 CES-D 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 Hayes(2013)의 Process Macro를 통해 분석되었으며, 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착의 하위요인인 불안애착과 회피애착이 자기침묵과 유의미한 정적인 상관이 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 회피애착이 자기침묵을 거쳐 우울증상에 영향을 미치는 부분매개 모형이 검증되었다. 셋째, 불안애착과 우울의 관계에서도 자기침묵이 정적으로 부분매개 효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 심리치료적 개입방안 등을 논하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the relationship among adult attachment, depression and self-silencing of university students and verify the mediating effect of self-silencing on the relationship between adult attachment and depression. The study subjects include 241 university students across the country. In order to measure the variables, Experience in Close Relationship-Revised(ECR-R), Silencing The Self Scale(STSS), Intergrated adaptiation of Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D) were used. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 23.0 and PROCESS macro 3.4. The result of this research is as follows: First, there was a positive correlation between adult insecure attachment, self-silencing, and depression. Second, self-silencing showed partial mediating effect in the relationship between avoidance attachment and depression. Also, in the relationship between anxiety attachment and depression, self-silencing showed a partial mediating effect. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
