국문 초록

본 연구에서는 제주지역의 성평등 교육 콘텐츠 개발 방향 및 내용 등을 파악하기 위해 관련분야 종사자를 대상으로 면접 조사를 진행하였다. 그리고 성평등 교육의 효과성을 높이기 위해 제주의 자연환경, 제주 설화, 말과 글, 역사, 생활 문화 등의 영역에서 교육 내용을 발굴하고, 제주지역 성평등 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하여 활용방안을 제시하였다. 성평등 교육의 콘텐츠 개발의 방향은 지역에서 공감을 얻을 수 있는 소재를 개발하는 것을 목표로 선정하였고 다양한 주제의 지역 콘텐츠를 현장에서 활용하도록 하기 위하여 활동지 형식으로 교육안을 구성하였다. 지역의 교육 콘텐츠 소재 선정은 성평등 교육 전문강사로 활동하고 있는 전문가들과 다양한 분야의 지역 전문가들의 의견을 수렴하여 제주의 언어, 설화, 역사 속 여성, 해녀, 그리고 객관적인 자료를 근거로 도민을 설득할 수 있는 통계자료 등을 포함하였다. 성인지 감수성을 함양시킬 수 있는 주제를 가지고 제주지역의 콘텐츠 소재를 발굴하여 객관적인 통계자료와 관습적 생활모습과 역사, 사회문화 전반을 아울러 제주만이 가지고 있는 특성을 찾고자 했다. 이 콘텐츠는 제주 지역의 성평등 문화에 대한 가치관을 지역 콘텐츠를 통해 현재 제주의 상황을 인지하고 성찰할 수 있는 기회를 가지도록 구성하였다. 교육에 참여하는 대상이 제주지역 교육 콘텐츠를 성평등 관점으로 바라보게 하고자 하는 것이 이 콘텐츠 구성의 최대 목표이다.

영문 초록

In this study, interviews were conducted with employees in related fields to find out the direction and contents of gender equality education contents development in Jeju. To enhance the effectiveness of gender equality education, the contents of education was explored in Jeju’s natural environment, Jeju folklore, words and writings, history, and living culture, and the contents of gender equality education in Jeju was developed and utilized. The direction of the development of contents for gender equality education was selected with the aim of developing materials that can gain empathy in the region, and the education plan was organized in the form of an activity site so that local contents on various topics could be utilized in the field. The selection of materials for local educational content included Jeju’s language, tales, women and women in history, and statistical data that could persuade residents based on objective data, as well as opinions from experts in gender equality education. With a theme that can foster gender sensitivity, the government sought to obtain objective statistical data, customary living patterns, history, and social and cultural characteristics of Jeju alone by discovering content materials in Jeju. This content is designed to provide an opportunity to recognize and reflect on the current situation regarding the value of gender equality culture in Jeju through local contents. The main goal of this contents is to make education contents in Jeju consider gender equality.
