국내 논문을 중심으로 살펴본 아동의 정신건강 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내학위논문과 학술지를 중심으로 아동 정신건강 관련 연구동향을 고찰해봄으로써 향후 아동정신건강 연구와 실행에 기초자료를 제공해 주기 위해 연구되었다. 이를 위해 1980년대부터 2019년 4월까지 발행한 총 138편의 논문을 분석하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1995년부터 연구가 꾸준히 증가하였으며 특히 2010~2014년 연구는 2005~2009년 연구보다 2배가량 증가하였다. 연구대상은 초등후기 아동이 가장 많았으며 연구유형은 상관연구가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 연구변인 분석결과, 아동 개인 내적변인으로는 정서 관련 변인이 가장 많이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 외적 사회적 변인으로는 가정 관련 변인이 가장 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중재프로그램 대상은 아동이 많았으며 실행기간은 20회 이상이 많았다. 연구 설계는 실험집단과 비교집단으로 나누어 효과를 검증하였다. 효과평가방법으로는 양적평가를 가장 많이 실시하였으며. 효과성에 있어서 대부분 아동 정신건강 향상에 도움을 준 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 본 연구는 추후 아동 정신건강에 도움을 주는 연구방향과 실천적 과제에 대해 논하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest basic information on children s mental health research and practice in the future through exploring children s mental health research trends reviewed with south korean journals. To accomplish this purpose, this study analyzed 138 journals published from 1980 to 2019. The results were as follows: first, From 1995, increasing number of studies, especially Studies from 2010 to 2014 were twice as much as those from 2005 to 2009. Most subjects of study were upper elementary and the many type of them were correlational research. Second, As a result of analyzing study s variables, emotion related factors had influenced on child individual inner variables a lot and family related factors had influenced on child outer social variables a lot. Third, On intervention program, most subjects of study were child and execution time were more than twenty times. On effectiveness verification, quantitative measures were used a lot and most studies showed children s mental health have positive effects. For this study, further to improve of children s mental health researches have been discussed the directions and practical project.
