대학생의 대인관계능력과 문제해결능력이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 대인관계능력과 문제해결능력이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 능동적이고, 건강한 대학생활을 위한 상담 프로그램 개발 및 교육과정을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 시행하였다. 연구 대상자는 서울과 충청권 거주 대학생을 대상으로 2019년 3월 26일부터 4월 9일까지로 총 241부의 자료를 통계프로그램 SPSS 21.0 WIN으로 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과는 성별, 리더 경험, 대인관계능력, 문제해결능력을 예측변수로 셀프리더십을 설명하는 선형회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의하였고(F=68.78, p<.001), 회귀모형의 설명력은 이직의도 총 변화량의 36.6%를 설명하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생의 셀프리더십을 높여, 능동적이고 건강한 대학생활을 위한 상담 및 교육프로그램을 개발하는 자료로 활용하기에 유용할 것으로 예상된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of interpersonal ability and problem solving ability on the self-leadership among university students and to presents basic data for helping healthy University Life. A survey was held to the university students in Seoul and Chungcheong cities from March 26 to April 9, 2019. 241copies were in the final analysis for data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and Multiple regression was used. As a result, the factors of affecting on the self-leadership were followed by gender, experience role of leader, interpersonal ability, problem solving ability. The multiple regression explanatory power was 36.6percent of the total changes in interpersonal satisfaction. Therefore, this study could be used as a basic for the development of communication education programs to increase self-leadership among university students.
