예비유아교사와 현직유아교사의 교사창의성 및 교사효능감 비교

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사와 현직유아교사의 교사창의성과 교사효능감이 차이가 있는 지를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경남과 전북지역의 유아교육기관에 근무하는 유아교사 215명과 전북지역 대학에서 유아교육을 전공하고 있는 대학생 180명 등 총 395명을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 유아교사를 현직유아교사로, 유아교육 전공 대학생을 예비유아교사로 설정하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 첫째, 다집단 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 교사창의성과 교사효능감 척도가 예비 및 현직유아교사 두 집단에 공통적으로 사용될 수 있는 지 구인동등성을 검증하였다. 구인동등성을 검증하기 위해 두 교사집단 간의 형태동일성, 측정동일성, 절편동일성 가정이 성립되는 지를 확인하였다. 둘째, 잠재평균분석을 실시하여 교사창의성과 교사효능감에 대한 예비 및 현직유아교사 두 집단 간의 잠재평균의 차이를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사와 현직유아교사는 교사효능감에서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 교사창의성이 현직유아교사보다 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 대해 논의하였고, 본 연구의 제한점 및 향후 연구에 대한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a difference between pre-early and current early childhood teachers in teacher creativity and teacher efficacy. For this purpose, a total of 395 subjects were selected, including 215 early childhood teachers in Kyungnam and Jeonbuk and 180 college students majoring in early childhood education in Chonbuk. Early childhood teachers were set as current early childhood teachers and college students majoring in early childhood education were set as pre-early childhood teachers. To achieve the purpose of research, first, a multiple-group confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to verify a construct invariance and confirmed whether teacher creativity and teacher efficacy scales can be used commonly in two groups of pre- and current early childhood teachers. In order to verify the construct invariance, we confirmed whether configural invariance, metric invariance, scalar invariance were established between the two groups of teachers. Second, the latent mean difference between the two groups of teachers in teacher creativity and teacher efficacy was verified by conducting a latent mean analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was no difference in teacher efficacy between pre- and current early childhood teachers. Second, teacher creativity of pre-early childhood teachers was higher than that of current early childhood teachers. Finally, the results of the study were discussed and some limitations of this study and some suggestions for future research were suggested.
