국문 초록

본 연구는 S대학교 재학생의 대학생활 적응, 공동체 의식, 대학생활 만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하고, 이러한 구조적 관계가 교수학습지원센터 동아리 활동 경험 여부에 차이가 있는지 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전라도에 위치한 S대학교 재학생 가운데 교수학습지원센터 동아리 활동이 있는 206명과 동아리 활동이 없는 194명 총 400명이다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대학생활 적응은 공동체 의식과 대학생활 만족도에 직접적으로 영향을 주며, 공동체 의식을 매개로 대학생활 만족도에 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교수학습지원센터 동아리 활동 경험 여부에 따른 다집단 분석의 결과, 교수학습지원센터 동아리 활동이 있는 재학생이 그렇지 않는 재학생에 비해 대학생활 적응이 공동체 의식에 미치는 영향에서 유의한 차이를 보여 부분 조절효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 동아리 활동의 활성화 방안을 모색한다는 점과 내실화를 기할 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 교육과정 수립 시, 기초자 료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among adjustment to college, sense of community and college life satisfaction of S university students and to analyze whether there is a difference in the structural relationship according to experience of center for teaching and learning’s circle activities. The subjects of this study were 206 students who have experienced circle activities and 194 students who have not experienced circle activities. The results of this study are as follows: First, adjustment to college affect sense of community and college life satisfaction directly and adjustment to college affect college life satisfaction indirectly through sense of community. Second, as a result of multi-group analysis that examine whether there is a significance effect of adjustment to college on sense of community between having experienced the circle activiteis and not experienced, there was a partly moderated effect. The results of this study are meaningful to find the way vitalize circle activities and provide basic data for program and curriculum development that can lead to improvement.
