ICT 수업매체 역량 포함 유치원 교사 역량지표 개발을 위한 델파이 조사 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 IT 기반 사회에 적합한 유치원 교사 역량을 진단할 수 있는 지표를 개발하기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다. 일차적으로 선행연구들을 분석하여 유치원 교사 역량지표에 대한 기초문항을 작성하였고 이를 기반으로 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시 하였다. 전문가 델파이 조사는 총 3차(2018년 4월∼6월)에 걸쳐 실시하였으며 전문가 의견을 수렴한 자료는 매 차시마다 기초통계자료, CVR(.49이상), 사분범위, 합의 도(.75이상) 및 수렴도(.00∼.50미만)로 분석하였으며 전문가들의 주관의견을 포함하여 분석된 자료는 전문가 협의를 통해 최종 역량지표 항목으로 추출하였다. 자료분석 결과 문헌분석으로 제시된 초기 역량지표 항목은 7개 역량군(전문성 개발, 교직 인성, 유아이해, 교육과정운영, 대인관계 및 의사소통, 학급운영, ICT 수업매체)의 65 개 하위역량이었으나 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사 과정을 통해 문항내용을 수정, 추가, 삭제하여 최종 7개 역량군(교육과정이해, 교육과정운영, 유아에 대한 이해 및 태도, 자기개발, 대인관계 및 의사소통, 학급운영, ICT 수업매체)과 51개 하위역량지표로 유치원 교사 역량진단 항목을 구성하였다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study is to develop a diagnostic indicators for the kindergarten teacher s competency and guide the way for the development of teacher training programs in Information, communication and technology society. Based on the literatures review relating early childhood education, the 1st competency indicators for kindergarten teacher are constructed including ICT instructional media competency. The study method is based on the delphi study to collect the experts opinions in the field of early childhood education. The data of the delphi study are analysed for the mean, standard deviation. CVR(above .49), IQR, degree of agreement(above .75) and convergence(.00∼.50). In consideration of the individual opinions of experts at each stage, the final competency indicators are extracted through experts meeting. The first competency groups are 7(professional development, teaching personality, understanding the child, operation the curriculum, interpersonal relationship and communication, class management, ICT instructional media) and 65 sub competency indicators and the final competency groups are changed into 7(understanding the curriculum, operation the curriculum, understanding and attitude the child, self-development, interpersonal relationship and communication, class management, ICT instructional media) and 51 sub competency indicators. This study is meaningful in that it suggest competency indicators for kindergarten teachers, including ICT instructional media and based on the kindergarten teacher s competency diagnosis, it provides basic data for the development of teacher education program.
