유아 숲 교육기관의 교육역량 개념 및 구성요소 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근에 많은 관심을 받고 유아 숲 교육기관의 교육역량 개념, 구성요소 등을 탐색해 보고자 2016년 8월 10일부터 2017년 2월 21일 동안 참여관찰 및 교사들의 일지를 분석하고, 2017년 2월 10일에는 숲교사를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였 다. 관찰 및 일지분석, 심층면담자료 분석을 위해 전문가 3인은 구성요소가 타당한지 검토하게 하는 과정(member check)을 거쳤으며, 삼각기법(triangulation)을 통해 신뢰성을 높였다. 숲 교육에서의 교육역량은 유아들이 앞으로 살아갈 미래의 삶을 건강하고 행복하게 잘 살 수 있도록 길러지고 있는 역량으로 정의 된다. 교육역량의 구조로는 인성역량을 기반으로 지식역량, 자기관리역량, 사회적 역량으로 분석하였다. 교육역량의 구성요소로 지식역량은 사고력, 언어표현능력으로, 자기관리역량은 신체 운동능력, 자기조절로, 사회적 역량은 관계 및 소통, 참여 및 협력으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 숲 유아교육기관의 교육역량을 강화하고, 건강하고 행복한 유아 숲 교육을 기대해 본다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the teachers daily reports in order to search the educational competency of early childhood forest-education institutions on the front burner from August 10, 2016 to February 21, 2017 and in - depth interviews with teachers was done on February 10, 2017. For the analysis of daily reports and in-depth interview data, the three experts have undergone a member check to confirm the validity of the components and have increased the reliability through triangulation. Educational Competency in forest education is defined as the ability of teaching infants so that they can live well and happily in future life. The structure of education competency is classified into knowledge competency, self - management competency, and social competency based on personality competency. In the components of educational competency, knowledge competency was represented by thinking skill and linguistic expression Ability, self-management competency was represented by physical exercise ability and self - control and social competency was represented by relationship, communication, participation and cooperation. Through these efforts, we will strengthen the education capacity of early childhood forest-education institutions and look forward to healthy and happy forest-education of early childhood.
