항공서비스 전공 여대생의 항공사 승무원이미지, 전공만족도, 전문직관에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 항공서비스 전공 여대생의 항공사 승무원이미지, 전공만족도, 전문직관 정도를 확인하고 전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상 자는 충청도 소재 항공서비스 전공 여대생 235명이며, 2017년 12월 1일부터 12월 30 일까지 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 통해 Cronbach’ s α, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 일반적 특성에 따른 항공사 승무원이미지 정도는 연령, 학년에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 전공만족도 정도는 연령, 학년, 외국방문경험, 외국방문횟수에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 전문직관 정도는 연령, 학년, 외국방문경험에서 유의한 차이를 나타 냈다. 상관관계는 항공사 승무원이미지가 전공만족도(r=.659, p<.001)와 전문직관 (r=.798, p<.001)에서 순 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 전공만족도와 전문직관이 순 상관관 계((r=.720, p<.001)를 나타냈다. 전문직관에 영향하는 변수는 전공만족도의 하위영역중 인식만족으로 38%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 조직의 경쟁력 강화에 기반이 되는 전문직관 향상을 위해 항공사 승무원이미지를 긍정적으로 형성 하고 전공만족도를 높이기 위한 방안이 요구됨을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine flight attendant image, major satisfaction, and professional value of college students majoring in aviation service. A total of 235 subjects participated in the study and data were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 based on Cronbach’ s α, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. In the result, regarding difference in flight attendant image, major satisfaction, and professional value according to general characteristics, there was a significant difference in flight attendant image according to age, the year of the student. Also, major satisfaction varied significantly according to age, the year of the student, experience of visiting a foreign country, and number of visit to a foreign country, while professional value differed significantly according to age, the year of the student and experience of visiting a foreign country. In term of correlations, flight attendant image had a positive correlation with major satisfaction(r=.659, p<.001) and professional value(r=.798, p<.001) and major satisfaction and professional value showed a positive correlation(r=.720, p<.001). Professional value was influenced by among variables related to major satisfaction by perception satisfaction, with a 38% explanatory power. The findings in this study suggest, in order to improved professional value, which forms the basis of reinforcing organization competitiveness, it is necessary to form a positive image of flight attendants and improved major satisfaction.
