국문 초록

본 연구는 데이터 마이닝 의사결정나무 분석을 활용하여 예비유아교사의 행복결 정요인을 탐색하고 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비유아교사 1161명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 의사결정나무 분석을 실시하여 행복결정요인을 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 첫째, 예비유아교사의 행복에 자아정체성, 어머니 개방적 의사 소통, 낙관성, 자기효능감, 대인관계가 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 행복이 상집단인 경우 자아정체성 및 어머니 의사소통 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 행복이 중집단인 경우 낙관성과 자기효능감, 대인관계의 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 예비유아교사의 행복이 하집단인 경우 자아정체성의 수준이 매우 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 예비유아교사의 행복을 증진하기 위한 지원방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine happiness determinants for preservice early childhood teachers using the decision tree analysis of data mining. A survey was conducted on 1,161 preservice early childhood teachers, and decision tree analysis was carried out to find out the determinants of happiness. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the happiness of the preservice early childhood teachers was under the heavy influence of ego- identity, open communication of mothers, optimism, self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships. Second, the ego-identity of the preservice early childhood teachers and the communication of their mothers were at higher levels when they belonged to the upper group in terms of happiness. Third, the optimism, self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships of the preservice early childhood teachers were at higher levels when they belonged to the intermediate group in terms of happiness. Fourth, the ego-identity of the preservice early childhood teachers was at very lower levels when they belonged to the lower group in terms of happiness. How to support preservice early childhood teachers to increase their happiness was discussed based on the findings of the study.
