일본의 교육 개혁과 대입 국어 시험의 서술형 평가 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 일본 교육 개혁의 배경과 방향, 입시 제도의 변화 등을 살펴보고, 최근 입시 개혁의 핵심인 대학입학공통테스트의 국어 과목 서술형 문항을 분석하여 일본 교육의 방향을 고찰하였다. 연구의 결과는 향후 추진될 국내 입시제도의 개혁과 수능 체제의 개편, 국가수준 대입 시험에서의 서술형 평가 도입에 다음과 같은 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 대입 시험의 서술형 평가는 교육 개혁의 목표 및 교육과 정상의 목표와 관련하여 명확한 평가 목표를 설정해야 하며, 수능과 같은 대단위 고부담 시험에서의 서술형 평가는 평가의 공정성과 신뢰성을 담보할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 채점에 개입되는 다양한 외적 변인을 적절히 통제할 방안이 마련되어야 하며, 서술형 평가의 취지를 살리는 타당한 평가 요소의 개발이 필요하다. 마지막으로 국가단위 대입 시험에서의 서술형 평가는 대학 입시제도, 교육 제도 전반의 맥락과 변화를 고려하여 이루어질 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the background and direction of Japanese education reform, changes in entrance examination system, and examine the direction of Japanese education by analyzing the descriptive type items of “Common Test for University Admissions”. The results of this study can suggest the following suggestions for the reform of the domestic entrance examination system to be implemented in the future, the reorganization of the CSAT system, and the introduction of descriptive evaluation in the national level entrance examination. The descriptive evaluation of the entrance examination should establish clear evaluation goals in relation to the goals of the education reform and the curriculum goals, and the descriptive evaluation in the large-scale high-burden test such as the CSAT should ensure the fairness and reliability of the evaluation. In addition, there should be a plan to appropriately control various external variables involved in scoring, and it is necessary to develop a valid evaluation elements that takes the purpose of descriptive evaluation. Finally, the descriptive evaluation in the national university entrance examination needs to be made considering the context and changes of the universities entrance examination system and education system in general.
