예비유아교사의 자아탄력성과 스마트폰 중독이 자기조절 학습능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 자아탄력성과 스마트폰 중독이 자기조절 학습능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2017년 10월 4주 동안 G광역시 예비유아교사 399명을 대상으로 자아탄력성, 스마트폰 중독, 자기조절 학습능력에 대한 평정척도를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 자아탄력성과 스마트폰 중독 및 자기조절 학습수행력은 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 자기조절 학습능력에 자아 탄력성의 낙관적 태도와 자신감이 정적인 영향력을 미쳤으며, 스마트폰 중독의 강박 증상이 자기조절 학습능력의 자원관리 수행력에 부적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사의 자기조절 학습능력을 높이기 위한 기초자료가 될 수 있으며 자아탄력성 증진과 스마트폰 중독수준을 낮추기 위한 노력이 필요 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of pre-service early childhood teachers’ ego-resilience and smartphone addiction on their self regulated learning ability. For this purpose, a group of 399 pre-service early childhood teachers in G-city were surveyed in the form of rating scale on their ego-resilience, smartphone addiction, and self regulated learning ability during four weeks in October 2017. We carried out correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0 program on the collected data. The results of this study are as follows. First, there exists significant correlation among pre-service early childhood teachers’ ego-resilience, smartphone addiction, and self-regulated learning ability. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers’ optimistic attitude and self-confidence indicating high level of ego-resilience have positive influence on self-regulated learning ability, while the obsession resulted from smartphone addiction has negative influence. The results of this study can serve as basic data for improving pre-service early childhood teachers’ self-regulated learning ability and suggest that efforts to improve ego-resilience and to reduce smartphone addiction are necessary.
