입원한 조현병 환자의 증상 심리적 유연성 및 사회적 지지가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 입원한 조현병 환자의 증상, 심리적 유연성 및 사회적 지지가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 입원한 조현병 환자의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 중재 방안 마련에 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 영남지역에 소재한 4개의 정신전문병원에서 조현병으로 진단받고 입원한 대상자 182명이다. 자료수집기간은 2019년 1월 20일에서 2월 19일까지이며, 자료 분석은 t 검정, 분산분석, 피어슨 상관분석 및 단계적 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 심리적 유연성(r=.52, p<.001)과 사회적 지지(r=.53, p<.001)는 삶의 질과 양의 상관관계를 나타내었고, 조현병의 증상(r=-.41, p<.001)과는 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 회귀분석 결과 사회적지지(β=.43, p<.001), 심리적 유연성(β=.42, p<.001) 순으로 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 총 43%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서 입원한 조현병 환자의 삶의 질 향상을 위해서는 정신간호실무에서 사회적 지지와 심리적 유연성을 향상할 수 있는 중재 방안이 마련될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study is a descriptive research study conducted to investigate the effect of symptoms, psychological flexibility and social support of inpatients with schizophrenia and to provide basic data on the development of Intervention for inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods: The subjects of this study is 182 patients who were diagnosed and hospitalized in four psychiatric hospitals in Youngnam area. Data were collected from January 20, 2019 to February 19, 2019 using self-report questionnaires and were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with IBM SPSS 22.0. Results: The quality of life showed a positive correlation with psychological flexibility (r=.52, p<.001) and social support(r=.53, p<.001), but showed a negative correlation with symptoms (r=-.41, p<.001). Factors influencing quality of life were social support(β=.43, p<.001), psychological flexibility(β=.42, p<.001). The explanatory power of these factors for quality of life of inpatients with schizophrenia was 43%. Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of life of inpatients with schizophrenia, interventions should be provided to improve social support and psychological flexibility in mental health nursing practice.
