국문 초록

본 논문은 최근 정부가 중점적으로 강력하게 추진하고 있는 일자리 창출 정책의 일환으로 서비스산업 특히 지역관광 특화산업을 통하여 일자리 창출 효과를 증대 시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색하고, 각 지역관광 특화산업을 통한 일자리 창출이 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과에 대한 관광 정책적 관점에서 보다 개혁적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해서는 먼저 우리나라 각 지역에 속한 특정한 관광특화산업이 지역경제의 발전과 새로운 일자리 창출 및 증대로 이어져야 할 방안이 심도 있게 모색되어야 할 것이다. 또한 지역관광특화산업의 홍보와 마케팅을 통하여 관광객을 적극적으로 유치하여야 할 것이며 관광객의 수요를 충족시켜줄 수 있는 서비스를 창출하기 위해서 관광특화산업에 전문적인 인력이 필요할 것이다. 그리고 이러한 관광객의 서비스 수요를 충족시킴은 물론 보다 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위한 전문 인력의 양성과 충원을 통하여 새로운 일자리가 창출되고 지역경제의 발전을 도모하는 경제적 파급효과를 극대화시켜 나아가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

In this paper, as part of the government s strong job creation policy, the government has been seeking ways to increase the job creation effect through the service industry, especially the tourism - specialized industries, and creating jobs through local tourism - specialized industries And to suggest a more reformative plan from the viewpoint of tourism policy on the ripple effect on the local economy. In order to do this, it is necessary to find out the ways in which specific tourism-specialized industries belonging to each region of the country should lead to the development of local economy and creation and increase of new jobs. In addition, it is necessary to attract tourists actively through promotion and marketing of local tourism specialized industries, and to create services that can meet the demand of tourists, specialized manpower for tourism specialized industries will be needed. In addition, it is necessary to maximize the economic ripple effect of creating new jobs and developing the local economy through the cultivation and recruitment of specialists to provide better services as well as to meet the demand of these tourist services.
