국문 초록

이 연구는 화재예방을 위해 사용자가 별도의 조작 없이도 에어컨의 작동과 동시에 실외기에서 발생되는 더운 공기를 외부로 배출시키는 에어컨실외기의 자동개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 이 장치는 실외기의 고장을 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용자의 편의성까지 향상시킬 수 있다. 구조는 팬이 내장되는 에어컨실외기의 전면 벽체에 고정 설치되는 베이스프레임, 에어컨의 구동에 의해 에어컨실외기의 팬 작동을 감지하는 감지장치, 베이스프레임의 내측 수평방향으로 결합된 여러 개의 회전축에 각각 결합되어 회전되는 루버, 루버의 회전축과 연결되어 루버의 개폐를 수행하는 개폐장치, 감지장치에 의해 에어컨의 작동이 감지되면 개폐장치를 구동시켜 루버를 개방하는 제어기로 되어있다. 이 연구에서 개발한 에어컨실외기의 자동개폐시스템은 궁극적으로 사용자가 실외기 전면에 설치한 개폐장치의 개폐를 잊어버리는 실수를 방지하여 실내공기의 오염을 막고, 컴프레서의 고장을 줄이며 화재를 예방할 수 있도록 하는 장치이다.

영문 초록

This study is about an automatic opening and closing system for outdoor air conditioner units for discharging hot air to the outside while the air conditioner operates without any special operation by a user, in order to prevent a fire. This device not only prevents the failure of the outdoor unit but is also more convenient for the user. Included in the structure of the system are the following: a base frame fixed on the front wall of an outdoor air conditioner unit, in which a fan is installed; a sensor for sensing the operation of the fan by running the air conditioner; an opening and closing device connected to the rotating shaft of the louver to open and close the louver; and a controller for opening the louver by driving the opening and closing device when the operation of the air conditioner is detected by the sensing device. This device ultimately prevents the user from forgetting to open or close the opening and closing device, thereby preventing contamination of the air indoors, reducing the trouble of the compressor, and preventing the fire.
