대학생의 자아존중감, 외모만족도 및 전공만족도가 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 자아존중감, 외모만족도, 전공만족도 및 취업스트레스 정도를 파악하고 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 편의로 선정한 일 개의 대학교내 3개 대학의 학생 110명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 평균, 표준편차, t-검정, 상관관계 및 측정변인들의 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구결과 취업스트레스 정도는 경제적 수준에 따라 차이가 있었고 취업스트레스는 자아존중감과 전공만족도 간에 유의한 음의 상관관계가 나타났으며 전공만족도는 외모만족도와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 취업스트레스는 자아존중감과 전공만족도가 주요 변인으로 31.1%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 대학생들이 취업을 하는데 있어 취업스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 자아존중감을 강화하고 전공 만족도를 향상할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램이 운영될 수 있도록 교육과정상의 체계적인 접근이 필요하며 그 효과를 확인하는 연구가 시도되기를 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of self-esteem, appearance satisfaction, major satisfaction and employment stress among university students and to identify factors influencing employment stress. The subjects of the study were 110 university students who were selected by convenience. Data analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 for frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and multiple analysis. The results, the employment stress is different according to economic level. The employment stress of university students showed negative correlation with self-esteem and major satisfaction and positive correlation with major satisfaction and appearance. Self- esteem and major satisfaction were significant factors, which explained about 31.1% of the variance in employment stress. Based on the results of this study, we propose a systematic approach to instruction in the curriculum so that various types of programs that can reduce employment stress in university students can be operated in university education institutions.
