국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지전담공무원의 감정노동이 직무성과에 미치는 영향과 우울감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 전라남도 사회복지전담공무원 263명이다. 사용된 주요 분석방법은 다중회귀분석이고, 매개효과는 Baron and Kenny(1986)가 제시한 방법에 따라 검증하였다. 검증결과 감정노동과 직무성과 간 관계, 감정노동과 우울감 간 관계, 우울감과 직무성과 간 관계에서 유의미한 영향력이 확인되었다. 특히 우울감을 통제한 상태에서, 감정노동이 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되었다. 따라서 사회복지전담공무원의 감정노동과 직무성과 간 관계에서 우울감의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 그리고 Sobel-test를 통해서 우울감 매개효과의 유의성을 검정한 결과, 감정노동과 직무성과 간 관계에서 우울감 부분매개효과의 유의성이 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 사회복지전담공무원의 감정노동과 우울감을 관리할 수 있는 제언들을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional labor on job performance and the mediating effect of depression on public social worker. The subjects of this study were 263 public social worker in Jeollanam-do. The analysis method used was multiple regression analysis, and the mediating effects were verified according to the method proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986). The results showed that the relationship between emotional labor and job performance, between emotional labor and depression, and between depression and job performance were significant. Especially, it was proved that emotional labor had a significant effect on job performance, while depression was controlled. Therefore, it can be understood that there is a partial mediation effect of depression in the relationship between emotional labor and job performance of the public social worker. As a result of the Sobel-test, the significance of the depressed mediation effect was found to be significant in the relationship between emotional labor and job performance. Based on the results of this study, suggestions for managing the emotional labor and depression of the public service workers were suggested.
