국문 초록

수면은 휴식과 안정을 제공하여 불균형적인 신체적, 심리적, 생리적 기능 등을 회복시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 항상성을 유지시키며 개인의 안녕과 삶의 질에 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구는 건강한 성인 208명을 대상으로 감각처리특성 및 수면의 질을 검사하여 감각처리 특성이 수면의 질에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과 수면의 질 하위영역 중 주관적 수면의 질, 수면방해 및 낮 시간 기능장애는 모든 감각처리영역과 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 낮은 감각등록, 감각추구, 감각민감성 및 감각회피의 감각처리 특성과도 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 주관적 수면의 질은 감각처리의 모든 하위 영역과 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구결과는 수면의 질과 수면방해, 수면으로 인한 낮 시간의 기능장애가 감각처리와 상관이 있으며 이러한 결과를 성인의 일상생활에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 감각처리기능장애에 대한 작업치료 중재 시 수면의 특성을 확인하는 포괄적 중재를 할 것을 제안하는 바이다.

영문 초록

Sleep plays an important role in restoring unbalanced physical, psychological, and physiological functions by providing rest and stability. It also maintains homeostasis and affects individual well-being and quality of life. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sleep quality on sensory processing characteristics of sensory processing characteristics and sleep quality of 208 healthy adults. The results showed that subjective sleep quality, sleep disturbance, and daytime dysfunction were significantly correlated with all sensory processing domains, and low sensory registration, sensory pursuit, sensory sensitivity, and sensory avoidance And there was a significant correlation with the characteristics. The results of this study suggest that sleep disturbance, sleep disturbance, and daytime dysfunction are correlated with sensory processing and may affect the daily life of adults. Therefore, we propose a comprehensive intervention to confirm the characteristics of sleep during intervention for occupational therapy for sensory processing dysfunction.
