소년원의 청소년을 대상으로 한 심상 시치료 프로그램의 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 소년원에 있는 청소년을 대상으로 한 통합 예술 · 문화치료인 심상 시치료, ‘꿈을 향한 마음 여행’ 프로그램의 정서적 효과를 현상학적인 방법으로 나타낸 것이다. 본 연구자가 한국출판문화진흥원에서 주관한 ‘2017년 교정시설 독서 활동 파견 강사’에 선정됨으로써 프로그램을 진행하였으며, 매주 1회, 총 120분, 00 소년원 내 중등반에서 참여를 희망한 청소년 총 27명을 대상으로 진행하였고, 집단의 성격은 개방형이었다. 통합 예술 ‧ 문화치료인 심상 시치료(Simsang-Poetry therapy)를 ‘책’과 ‘시’를 매체로 해서 총 8회기로 구성하여 진행하였다. 심상 시치료의 정서적 효과를 검증하기 위해 참여자들의 진술을 토대로 하여 현상학적 질적 분석을 하였다. 현상학적 분석결과로 볼 때,‘인식, 지향적 삶, 감성, 자기가치, 비워냄, 자기존중, 치유성, 수용’이라는 여덟 가지 범주로 긍정적인 요소를 제시할 수 있다. 이와 같은 현상학적인 방법으로 심상 시치료 프로그램이 소년원에 있는 청소년들의 내면에 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다는 것을 알 수 있다. 즉, 심상 시치료는 청소년들의 심리· 정서적 안정에 효과가 있었다.

영문 초록

This study show the emotional effects in a phenomenological method of the Simsang-Poetry-therapy; integrated art and cultural therapy, Travel One’s Mind Toward One’s Dream program for teens in juvenile detention center. This study was conducted because researchers were selected as ‘instructor dispatched to reading activities for 2017’ by the Korea Publishing Culture Promotion Institute, the study was conducted once a week, for 120 minutes in total, and for a total of 27 teenagers who wanted to participate in the middle school class in 00 juvenile detention center. The Simsang(Imaginary-oriented)-Poetry therapy, an integrated art and culture therapy, was composed of eight books and poetry as media. Phenomenological qualitative analysis was performed based on the statements of the participants to verify the emotional effects of the Simsang-Poetry Therapy. Phenomenological analysis has shown a positive change in group members mood stability in the eight categories of ‘recognition, orientation life, sensitivity, self-worth, empty my mind, self-respect, healing and acceptance’. In this phenomenological way, we can see that Simsang-Poetry Therapy program has brought positive changes to the inner circle of adolescents in juvenile detention center participated in the Simsang-Poetry Therapy program. In other words, Simsang-Poetry Therapy has been effective in the psychological and emotional stability of adolescents.
