간호대학생의 생활스트레스와 자살생각 간의 관계에서 속박감의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 생활스트레스가 자살생각에 미치는 과정에서 내적속박감과 외적속박감의 매개효과를 확인하여 간호대학생의 자살생각을 감소하고 적응적인 대학생활을 영위하기 위한 중재방안의 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 D시와 K도 지역에 소재한 3개의 대학교내 간호대학생 188명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0을 이용하여 피어슨 상관분석 및 3단계 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 매개변수를 통한 간접효과의 유의성 검정은 프로세스 매크로 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 생활스트레스, 내적 속박감, 외적 속박감 및 자살생각은 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 간호대학생의 생활스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계에서 내적 속박감과 외적 속박감은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 자살생각을 감소시키기 위해서는 생활스트레스의 해소와 함께 속박감을 줄일 수 있는 효과적인 전략을 마련하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of internal entrapment and external entrapment in the process of life stress of suicide ideation among nursing university students. Also, it was attempted to utilize the nursing student s suicidal ideation as basic data of intervention plan to reduce adaptive university life. The subjects of this study were 188 nursing university students in three universities in a specific area. Pearson correlation analysis and Baron and Kenny method 3-step multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS / WIN 22.0. The significance test of the indirect effect through the parameters was performed using the process macro program. The results of the study showed that life stress, internal entrapment feeling, external entrapment feeling and suicidal ideation of the nursing university students showed a significant positive correlation. In addition, it was found that internal entrapment and external entrapment of the nursing university students had a mediating effect on the relationship between life stress and suicidal ideation. Therefore, to reduce the suicidal ideation of nursing university students, it is necessary to prepare and apply an effective power that can reduce the stress of life and reduce the sense of entrapment.
