충청 일부지역 간암환자들의 간 기능 저하와 관련된 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 충청 일부지역 간암환자들의 간기능 저하와 관련된 요인을 분석하고자 수행하였다. 자료는 2018년 3월 14부터 5월 3일까지 C 지역에 소재한 종합병원에 내원한 환자 102명을 대상으로 설문 및 면접조사를 실시하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간기능 저하여부는 Chi-square test를 수행하였다. 간기능 저하와 관련된 예측 요인을 규명하기 위해 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연령에 있어 60세 이상에 있어 환자군은 45.1%로 대조군의 31.4% 보다 높은 분포를 보였다. 둘째, 규칙적 운동의 경우 규칙적으로 운동을 시행하는 환자군은 25.5%로 대조군의 52.9% 보다 간기능 저하가 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다(X2=5.84, p<.05). 셋째, 암 가족력이 있는 환자군이 62.7%로 대조군의 45.1% 보다 간기능 저하가 유의하게 높게 나타났다(X2=2.73, P<.05). 넷째, 음주여부에 있어 음주하는 경우가 비음주 보다 3.78배 간기능 저하가 유의하게 높은 분포를 보였다(OR=3.78, 95% Cl=1.25-10.16). 이러한 결과를 토대로 증상이 없을 때 검사해야 하고 규칙적인 운동은 간기능 저하로 간암 발생율을 감소할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to analyze the factors related to the decrease of liver function of liver cancer patients in certain areas of Chungcheon province. Data were surveyed using interview and questionnaires by 102 patients who visited a general hospital which was located in C region from March 14 to May 3, 2018. Chi-square test was performed for the decrease of liver function according to the general characteristics of the study subjects. Multivariate logistic regression was performed to identify the predictors of liver function decrease. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, in terms of age 60 and older, 45.1% of the case group was significantly higher than 31.4% of the control group. Secondly, the number of case group with regular exercise was 25.5%, it was significantly lower in decrease of liver function than 52.9% of the case group(X2=5.84, p<.05). Thirdly, in case of a family history of cancer, 62.7% of the population showed a significantly higher rate in decrease of liver function than 45.1% of the control group(X2=2.73, P<.05). Fourthly, drinking showed a significantly higher rate in decrease of liver function than non-alcoholic drinks by 3.78 times in terms of alcohol intake(OR=3.78, 95% Cl=1.25-10.16). Based on these results, it should be examined when there are no symptoms, and regular exercise may degrade liver function and reduce liver cancer incidence.
