국문 초록

본 연구는 산후출혈간호 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 비판적사고 성향, 의사소통 자신감, 문제해결과정에 대해 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시한 단일군 전후 설계 유사실험연구이다. 연구대상자는 G지역 간호학과 4학년 86명으로, 2018년 2월 26일부터 4월 27일까지 구조화된 설문도구를 통해 시뮬레이션 교육 전후 비판적사고 성향, 의사소통 자신감, 문제해결과정을 확인하였다. SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 paired t-test, pearsons correlation을 확인하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 시뮬레이션 학습 후 비판적사고 성향, 의사소통 자신감, 문제해결과정은 모두 상승하였으나, 비판적 사고 성향에서만 통계적 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.186, p=.030). 비판적 사고 성향과 의사소통 자신감(r=.623, p<.001), 비판적 사고 성향과 문제해결과정 (r=.554, p<.001), 의사소통 자신감과 문제해결과정(r=.535, p<.001) 등 모든 변수들은 각각 양의 상관관계를 보여, 비판적 사고 성향의 향상이 다양하고 복잡한 임상 현장에서 문제 해결 및 의사 결정을 내리는 능력과도 관련이 있음을 확인하였다. 즉, 시뮬레이션 기반 교육이 간호학생들의 비판적 사고 능력의 향상을 도모하고 그와 관련된 임상적응과 응급대처능력 향상에 기여하리라 기대된다. 또한 더욱 효과적인 교육을 위해 최신 지견을 접목한 산학연구 및 발전적인 통합간호 시뮬레이션의 지속적인 운영이 필요하다고 생각한다.

영문 초록

This study is a single group quasi-experimental study to explore the effects of simulation-based learning for postpartum hemorrhage care on nursing college students critical thinking tendency, communication confidence, and problem-solving process. The study was conducted on 86 nursing college students in G-province through structured survey tools from February 26 to April 27, 2018. Data analysis was conducted paired t-test, and correlation using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. Critical thinking tendency, communication confidence, and problem-solving process of respondents all increased after simulation-based learning, but among them, only critical thinking tendency was statistically significant (t=2.186, p=.030). There were positive correlations among variables; critical thinking tendency and communication confidence (r=.623, p<.001), critical thinking tendency and problem-solving process (r=.554, p<.001), communication confidence and problem-solving process (r=.535, p<.001). The simulated-based learning for postpartum hemorrhage care is regarded to improve nursing college students critical thinking tendency. This result suggests that critical thinking tendency that was improved through simulation-based learning could be related to improving communication confidence and problem-solving process. Therefore, simulation-based learning contribute to improving the clinical adaptation and emergency response capabilities of the nursing college students. For maintaining the effective education for nursing college students, it is necessary to carry out the advanced and integrated operations in nursing simulation-based education through continuous research.
