간호대학생의 소명의식, 간호전문직관 및 공감능력이 도덕적 민감성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 소명의식, 간호전문직관, 공감능력 및 도덕적 민감성의 관계를 확인하고, 도덕적 민감성에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 실시되었다. 방법 본 연구는 횡단적 서술적 조사연구이며 자료수집은 G지역 대학 간호대학생을 대상으로 2020년 11월 5일부터 27일까지 온라인 설문조사를 통해 실시하였으며 총 245명의 학생으로부터 수집된 자료가 분석에 활용되었다. 자료는 SPSS Win 25.0을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation, 위계적 회귀분석 방법을 활용하였다. 결과 연구대상자의 도덕적 민감성은 7점 중 4.95±0.60점이었으며 소명의식(r=.349, p<.001), 간호전문직관 (r=.367, p<.001), 공감능력(r=.464, p<.001) 간 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 공감능력(β=.386, p<.001), 간호전문직관(β=.196, p=.003), 4학년(β=.186, p=.011)이 간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성에 유의한 영향요인이었고 간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성 변이의 30.6%를 설명하였다. 결론 간호대학생의 공감과 간호전문직관 및 임상실습 경험은 도덕적 민감성에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였다. 간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성을 향상시키기 위해서는 공감과 전문직관을 고려한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is performed to identify the relationship among calling, nursing professionalism, empathy and moral sensitivity and to identify the predictors of moral sensitivity among nursing students Methods The study utilized a cross-sectional descriptive research design. Data were collected from November 5 to 27, 2020 enrolling 245 nursing students through online survey. The collected data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS Win 25.0 Program Results The mean score of moral sensitivity was 4.95±0.60 out of a possible 7. Moral sensitivity showed a significantly positive correlation with calling (r=.349, p<.001) nursing professionalism (r=.367, p<.001), empathy (r=.464, p<.001). In the hierarchical multiple regression analysis, empathy (β=.386, p<.001) and nursing professionalism (β=.196, p=.003), along with senior grade (β=-.186, p=.011) were significant predictors and explained 30.6% of variance im moral sensitivity. Conclusions The results of this study showed that empathy, nursing profession and the senior grade are significant factors affecting the moral sensitivity of nursing students. Based on these results, it is essential to develop and implement an education program that considers empathy and nursing professionalism to improve the moral sensitivity of nursing students.
