국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 SNS를 기반으로 영아기 자녀를 둔 아버지교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 연구자는 6단계 절차에 따라 SNS를 기반으로 영아기 자녀를 둔 아버지교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 S시 S구에 거주하는 영아기 자녀를 둔 아버지 17명(실험집단 17명, 비교집단 17명)을 대상으로 살펴보았다. 프로그램은 10회기로 구성되었으며, 프로그램 실시는 SNS를 기반으로 비대면 방식으로 진행되었다. 프로그램 결과 분석을 위해 χ2 검정 및 공변량분석과 질적자료 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SNS를 기반으로 영아기 자녀를 둔 아버지교육 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 영아기 자녀 아버지의 양육참여도가 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 가족건강성과 영아의 행복감이 증진된 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 질적자료에서 SNS를 기반으로 영아기 자녀를 둔 아버지교육 프로그램 참여과정에서 나타난 영아기 자녀 아버지가 인지하는 아버지의 양육참여도, 가족건강성, 영아의 행복감의 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 본 연구는 SNS를 기반으로 영아기 자녀를 둔 아버지교육 프로그램이 영아기 자녀 아버지의 양육참여를 향상시켜 가족건강성을 높이고 영아의 행복감을 증진시킬 수 있는 아버지교육의 기초자료를 제공하고, 영유아교육기관에서의 아버지교육을 활성화시키는 방안을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to develop and validate the effectiveness of education program for fathers of infants based on Social Networking Services (SNS). Methods To achieve this, the researcher developed a education program based on SNS for fathers of infants, following a 6-step procedure and the effects were examined by investigating 17 fathers of infants who live in S City, S District (17 in the experimental group, 17 in the control group). The program consisted of 10 sessions conducted through a non-face-to-face approach using SNS. To analyze the program results, χ2 tests, ANCOVA, and qualitative data analysis were conducted. Results The findings are as follows. First, the experimental group participating in the SNS-based father education program showed an improvement in the parental engagement of fathers with infants. Second, participants in the program exhibited enhanced family well-being and increased happiness in their infants. Third, qualitative data revealed changes in fathers' perception on parental engagement, family well-being, and infants' happiness throughout the SNS-based father education program. Conclusions This study provides valuable foundational data indicating that an SNS-based father education program for fathers of infants can enhance parental engagement, elevate family well-being, and increase infants' happiness. The findings are significant in providing a basis for father education and suggesting strategies to promote father education within early childhood education institutions.
