초⋅중학생의 디지털 리터러시 역량 평가를 위한 프레임워크 개발

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 우리나라 초⋅중학생의 디지털 리터러시 역량을 평가하기 위한 프레임워크를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 국내외 선행연구 및 사례분석을 통해 디지털 리터러시 정의, 평가 영역, 하위요소, 하위요소별 정의, 성취 수행 예시를 포함하는 디지털 리터러시 평가 프레임워크 초안을 개발하였다. 개발된 초안은 2차에 걸친 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해 수정되고 타당화되었다. 결과 디지털 리터러시 평가 프레임워크로 ①디지털 도구(디지털 도구의 이해, 디지털 도구의 활용), ② 디지털 정보⋅데이터(정보 검색 및 데이터 수집, 정보⋅데이터 분석 및 평가, 정보⋅데이터 관리), ③ 디지털 의사소통 및 협력(디지털 의사소통, 디지털 협력), ④ 디지털 자원 생산(콘텐츠 생산, 컴퓨팅 사고 기반의 문제해결), ⑤ 디지털 안전과 건강(디지털 안전, 디지털 건강)으로 총 5개 평가 영역 및 11개 하위 요소를 최종적으로 제안하였다. 결론 본 연구에서 개발한 디지털 리터러시 역량 평가를 위한 프레임워크는 초⋅중학생들에게 요구되는 디지털 리터러시 역량의 측정 구인을 체계화했다는데 의의가 있다. 본 프레임워크는 향후 디지털 리터러시 역량 수준을 진단하는 평가도구를 개발하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop a framework for evaluating the digital literacy competencies of primary and middle school students in South Korea. Methods To achieve this, the researchers analyzed previous domestic and international studies and cases to develop a draft evaluation framework that includes definitions of digital literacy, evaluation areas, sub-elements, definitions of sub-elements, and examples of achievement. The developed draft was revised and validated through two rounds of the Delphi survey. Results The final proposed digital literacy evaluation framework consists of five evaluation areas and 11 sub-elements, including ① digital tools (understanding of digital tools, utilization of digital tools), ② digital information and data (information search and data collection, analysis and evaluation of information and data, management of information and data), ③ digital communication and collaboration (digital communication, digital collaboration), ④ digital resource production (content production, problem-solving based on computational thinking), and ⑤ digital safety and health (digital safety, digital health). Conclusions The significance of the evaluation framework for the digital literacy developed in this study is that it systematizes the construct for measurement of the digital literacy required by primary and middle school students. In the future, this framework can be used to develop evaluation tools for diagnosing the level of digital literacy of students.
