국문 초록

본 연구는 한반도 평화체제에 가장 근접했던 시기의 주요 인물인 세 지도자(문재인, 김정은, 트럼프)의 행동유형을 분석하여 향후 지도자의 리더십에 대한 이해를 높이고자 실시되었다. 세 지도자의 성격과 리더십 유형을 분석하기 위해 DISC 행동유형 진단 도구를 사용하였다. 세 지도자의 언어와 관찰 가능한 일상적 행동을 분석 단위로 하여 전문가 델파이 기법을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 문재인 대통령은 SC형으로 세심하고 원칙에 근거하여 문제를 해결하는 탐구자형으로 분석되었다. 김정은 총비서는 SD형으로서 섬세하지만, 결단력을 보이는 유형으로 판단되었다. 트럼프 대통령은 D형으로서 행동과 속도를 중시하며 세부적으로 결과 지향형으로 분석되었다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 비슷한 유형의 지도자에 대해 예측하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문재인(SC형)과 비슷한 유형의 지도자는 트럼프(D형)와 같은 유형의 지도자와 상호보완적인 파트너십을 형성한다. 또한, 문재인과 김정은 같은 S유형의 지도자는 서로 내면적 동기와 공동체적 가치를 공유한다. 둘째, 김정은(SD)과 트럼프(D)처럼 D유형을 가진 지도자는 목표를 추구하는 속도와 방식에서 공통점을 갖지만, 김정은처럼 S를 가진 지도자의 경우 목표를 추진할 때 약속과 신뢰를 매우 중시하는 성향이 높다. 김정은과 같은 유형의 지도자는 상대를 신뢰하지 못할 때 독자 독자적인 행보를 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to improve the understanding of leaders' leadership in the future by analyzing the behavioral types of the three leaders (Moon Jae In, Kim Jong-un, and Trump), who were the main figures in the period closest to the peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. DISC behavioral type diagnostic tools were used to analyze the characteristics and leadership types of the three leaders. The expert Delphi technique was used as an analysis unit for the language of the three leaders and observable daily behavior. As a result of the analysis, President Moon Jae In was analyzed as an investigator who was careful with the SC type and solved the problem based on principles. Chairman Kim Jong-un was judged to be a delicate but decisive type as an SD type. Trump emphasized behavior and speed as type D, and was analyzed in detail as a result-oriented type. Based on the analysis results, the prediction of similar types of leaders in the future is as follows. First, a leader of a similar type to President Moon Jae In (SC type) forms a complementary partnership with a leader of the same type as Trump (D type). In addition, Moon Jae In and Kim Jong-un share internal motives and community values when the same S-type leader meets. Second, leaders with type D like Kim Jong-un (SD) and Trump (D) have something in common in the speed and way of pursuing goals, but leaders with S like Kim Jong-un tend to value promises and trust very much when pursuing goals. A leader of the same type as Kim Jong-un can take his own steps when he cannot trust his opponent.
