국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로성숙에 대한 스트레스, 자기효능감, 자아존중감과의 영향관계와 자아존중감의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 한국고용정보원에서 수행한 ｢청년패널(Youth Panel)｣의 14차년도(2020년) 조사의 대학생 1,365명을 최종 연구대상자로 선정하였으며, SPSS 26.0과 GSCA Pro 1.1.8을 활용한 구조방정식 모형을 통하여 본 연구의 자료를 분석하였다. 첫째, 대학생의 스트레스는 자아존중감에 부적 영향을 미쳤으나, 진로성숙에는 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 자아존중감과 진로성숙에 유의한 정적 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 스트레스는 자아존중감을 완전매개효과로 하여 진로성숙에 부적 영향을, 자기효능감은 자아존중감을 부분매개효과로 하여 진로성숙에 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 대학생의 진로성숙 증진 및 강화를 위한 진로지원 모델 개발의 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm the relationship between stress, self-efficacy, and self-esteem and the mediating effect of self-esteem on career maturity in university students. 1,365 university students in the 14th(2020) of the ｢Youth Panel｣ conducted by the Korea Employment Information Service were selected as research subjects. The data of this study were analyzed through a structural equation model using SPSS 26.0 and GSCA Pro 1.1.8. First, university students' stress had a negative effect on self-esteem, but had no significant effect on career maturity. Second, self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on self- esteem and career maturity. Third, stress had a negative effect on career maturity with self-esteem as a fully mediating effect. Self-efficacy had a positive effect on career maturity with self-esteem as a partial mediating effect. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of a career support model to promote and strengthen the career maturity of university students.
