전공트랙제 기반 융합교육지원이 대학생의 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 전공트랙제 기반 융합교육지원의 대학생의 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 전공트랙제를 운영 중인 H대학 재학생 중 2021학년도 2학기 핵심역량진단검사에 참여한 1,229명의 학생을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 종속변수인 창의융합역량에 영향을 미치는 변인을 파악하였다. 분석을 위해 t검증, 일원배치분산분석(one way ANOVA), 중다회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 융합교육 참여 여부에 따라 창의융합역량에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향요인 검증 결과, 학점(GPA), 캡스톤디자인 과목, 창의융합 비교과 프로그램, 창의융합 학습공간(상상파크) 만족도, 전공과목 만족도가 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 따른 정책적 제언 및 한계점을 기술하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of track system-based convergence education support on university students’ creativity and interdisciplinary abilities. Among the students of H university, which operates the track system, 1,229 students who participated in the core competencies assessment in the second semester of 2021 were the subject of the study. For analysis, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Factors were explored in creative confluence competency as dependent variables, and the results are as follows. First, there were significant differences in creative confluence competency according to participation on convergence education. Second, GPA, capstone design course attendance, creativity convergence based extracurricular activities, satisfaction of Sangsang Park, satisfaction of major courses were statistically significant in explaining creative confluence competency. Based on the results, suggestions and policies were discussed, along with limitations.
