예비교사를 위한 학습자 주도성 기반 플립러닝 모듈의 개발 및 적용 연구

국문 초록

목적 OECD 2030에서 향후 교육의 방향으로 학습자 주체성이 강조되며, 최근 원격수업이 확산되면서 원격수업에서도 적절히 활용할 수 있는 플립러닝 형태의 예비교사 모듈이 요구된다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 예비교사를 위한 학습자 주도성 기반 플립러닝 모듈을 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 온라인과 오프라인을 병행할 수 있는 블렌디드 러닝 중심의 학교 환경을 고려할 때 플립러닝 모델은 매우 유용하며 특히 예비교사들에게는 교사 이전 교육과정에서 반드시 경험할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 학교 교육에서 활용할 수 있는 학습자 주도성 기반 플립러닝 모듈을 온라인 출판 활동을 중심으로 개발하였다. 특히 향후 교육 분야에 종사할 예비교사 대상 수업에 먼저 적용하였다. 이는 학습자 주도성 교육이 아직 현장에서 활성화되지 않았으며, 성인교육으로서 예비교사들에게 먼저 적용하는 것은 의미가 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서 개발한 예비교사를 위한 학습자 주도성 플립러닝 모듈은 전면 비대면 방식의 4주차 플립러닝 방식으로 구성되었다. 결과 개발된 모듈을 2021년 1학기 D대학교 수업에 적용함으로써 파일럿 테스트를 거쳤으며, 학생들의 만족도와 학계 및 현장 전문가 21명의 타당성 및 적합성 검증 과정을 통해 모듈을 수정⋅보완하였다. 결론 본 연구의 학습자 주도성 플립러닝 모듈은 고등교육뿐만 아니라 향후 중등학교 수업에도 적용 가능하며, 블렌디드 러닝이 확대되는 상황에 학교 교육에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있으리라 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives In OECD 2030, learner identity is emphasized in the direction of future education, and as remote classes have recently spread, flipped learning-type pre-teacher modules that can be appropriately used in remote classes are required. In addition, a flip-learning type of pre-service teacher module that can be appropriately used for remote classes was required, and accordingly, this study aims to develop a learner-led-based flip-learning module for pre-service teachers. Methods Considering the blended learning-oriented school environment where both online and offline can be combined, the flip learning model is very useful, especially for pre-service teachers, it is necessary to experience it in the pre-teacher curriculum. Therefore, this study developed a learner-led flip learning module that can be used in school education, focusing on online publishing activities. In particular, it was first applied to classes for pre-service teachers who will engage in the field of education in the future. This is because learner-led education has not yet been activated in the field, and it is meaningful to apply it first to pre-service teachers as adult education. The learner-led flip learning module for pre-service teachers developed in this study was composed of a full-scale non-face-to-face four-week flip learning method. Results The developed module was pilot tested by applying it to D University classes in the first semester of 2021, and the module was modified and supplemented through the satisfaction of students and the validity and suitability verification process of 21 academic and field experts. Conclusions The learner-led flip learning module of this study can be applied not only to higher education but also to secondary school classes in the future, and is expected to be useful in school education in the situation where blended learning is expanded.
