유치원 교사가 지각하는 코로나19 사회적 불안감이 직무스트레스와 직무소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유치원 교사가 지각하는 코로나19 사회적 불안감이 직무스트레스와 직무소진에 영향을 주는 과정에서 코로나19 이후 근무수행 요인의 매개효과를 알아보고자 함에 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 유치원 교사 235명을 대상으로 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구변인들의 상관관계는 Pearson의 상관분석을 실시하였다. 구조모형의 적합도는 양호한 것으로 나타났고, 구조방정식으로 영향력을 알아보았으며, 부트스트랩(bootstrap)으로 95% 신뢰구간에서 매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과 주요결과를 보면, 첫째, 연구변인들 간의 관계에서 직무소진은 코로나19 사회적 불안감과 코로나19 이후 근무수행 요인, 직무스트레스의 행정적 지원 부족, 업무 과부하, 동료와의 관계, 학부모와의 관계와 통계적으로 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 직무스트레스의 하위변인(행정적 지원 부족, 업무 과부하, 동료와의 관계, 학부모와의 관계)은 코로나19 사회적 불안감과 코로나19 이후 근무수행 요인과 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 구조모형의 적합도는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 코로나19 사회적 불안감이 직무스트레스와 직무소진에 영향을 주는 과정에서 코로나19 이후 근무수행 요인이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 유치원의 전문성 지원 환경을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 유치원 교사의 근무수행에 어려움을 해결하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 직무스트레스와 직무소진을 완화할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out the mediating effects of post-COVID-19 work performance factors in the process where the social anxiety of COVID-19 perceived by kindergarten teachers affects job stress and job burnout. Methods For this, 235 kindergarten teachers were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0. Pearson's correlation analysis was conducted for the correlation of the research variables. The suitability of the structural model was found to be good, the influence was examined by the structural equation, and the mediating effect was examined in the 95% confidence interval with bootstrap. Results These are the main findings. First, in the relationship among research variables, job burnout showed a statistically positive correlation with COVID-19 social anxiety and post-COVID-19 work performance factors, the lack of administrative support for job stress, work overload, relationship with colleagues, and relationship with parents. Sub-variables of job stress (the lack of administrative support, work overload, relationship with colleagues, and relationship with parents) had a positive correlation with COVID-19 social anxiety and post-COVID-19 work performance factors. Second, the suitability of the structural model was found to be good. In the process of COVID-19 social anxiety affecting job stress and job burnout, it was found that post-COVID-19 work performance factors partially mediated. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, I suggest a way to build an environment that supports kindergartens' expertise in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This can be used as basic data to solve the difficulties of kindergarten teachers' work performance, and is expected to relieve job stress and job burnout.
