교원연수 성과평가 설문도구 개발을 위한 기초연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 교원연수 플랫폼에 활용될 교육의 성과 평가를 위한 설문도구 문항을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 교육성과 설문문항은 교사의 연수이력과 활동에 대한 지속적인 관리와 추적조사가 가능한 플랫폼 기능을 바탕으로 개발되었다. 교육이 종료된 후의 결과를 1회만 측정하는 기존 평가의 한계를 극복하고, 개인특성, 학습과정과 결과를 모두 고려하여 개발하였다. 교사, 연수담당자 등의 관계자 인터뷰와 선행연구를 통해 초기문항을 개발하였고, 교원 원격연수에 참여 중인 교사를 대상으로 교육 전과 후에 설문조사를 진행하였다. 결과 최종 교육 전에 다루는 학업적 자기효능감 6문항, 자기주도 학습준비 5문항, 과제기대 3문항, 교육 후에 다루는 학습참여도 4문항, 실행계획 3문항, 학습환경 만족도 5문항, 학습만족도 7문항, 현업적용도 4문항을 확정하였고, 최종 신뢰도(Cronbach's α)는 .92-.93이다. 결론 개발된 도구가 향후 교사의 학습활동 데이터와 연계됨에 따라, 이를 바탕으로 실제 교원연수 운영에 적용할 수 있는 설문도구의 활용방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The aim of this study was to develop a scales that will be used complementary to the application to the teacher education platform. Methods It was intended to overcome the limitations of the outcomes evaluation, which focus only on the results after the completion of education, and to use the merits of the platform that the learner's learning history was managed and continuously followed. Initial questions were developed through interviews with stakeholders and prior research. Results Using a survey, we developed a questionnaire system, 6 items for academic self-efficacy, 5 items for self-directed learning readiness, and 3 items for task expectations before education, 4 items for learning participation during education, and 4 items for learning participation, 3 items for action plan, 5 items for learning environment satisfaction, and 7 items for learning satisfaction, 4 items for learning transfer after education, which were confirmed using factor analysis. The final reliability is Cronbach's α of .92-.93. Conclusions The developed questionnaire will be used in connection with the teacher's learning activity data of learning analytics on the platform in the future.
