간호대학생의 메타인지와 의사결정 유형이 임상의사결정 자신감과 불안에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상의사결정 자신감과 불안, 메타인지, 의사결정 유형의 정도를 확인하고. 임상의사결정 자신감과 불안에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 시행되었다. 방법 3개 간호대학교에 재학중인 3, 4학년 학생 135명을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS/WIN 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlations coefficient, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 임상의사결정 자신감은 평균 3.80±1.00점이었으며, 임상의사결정 불안은 평균 2.64±0.86점, 메타인지 정도는 평균 3.77±0.57점이었으며, 의사결정 유형 중 합리적 유형이 2.92±0.56점으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 임상의사결정 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 임상의사결정 불안, 메타인지, 합리적 의사결정 유형, 직관적 의사결정 유형이었으며, 임상의사결정 불안에 영향을 미치는 요인은 임상의사결정 자신감, 의존적 의사결정 유형으로 나타났다. 결론 간호대학생의 임상의사결정 자신감을 향상시키고 불안을 감소시키기 위하여 메타인지 촉진을 위한 교수자의 수업전략 및 학습방법 모색이 필요하며, 학생이 스스로 문제점을 찾고 정보를 취합하여 합리적인 의사결정을 할 수 있는 역량을 키우도록 하는 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to investigate the affect that metacognition and decision-making style in nursing students have on self-confidence and anxiety with respect to clinical decision making. Methods Data were collected with a structured questionnaire that was distributed to 135 nursing students. Using the SPSS/WIN statistics program, the collected data were analyzed in descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results The mean scores of self-confidence and anxiety with clinical decision making were 3.80±1.00, 2.64±0.86, and metacognition was 3.77±0.57 respectively. Among the decision-making type, the rational type has the highest average score of 2.92±0.56. Anxiety, metacognition, rational type and intuitive type were significantly associated with self-confidence with clinical decision making. And self-confidence and dependent type were significantly associated with anxiety with clinical decision making. Conclusions To improve nursing students' self-confidence with respect to clinical decision making, it is necessary to reduce anxiety and to find teaching strategies and learning methods of instructors to promote metacognition. And appropriate programs need to be provided to nursing students to improve rational decision-making skill.
