간호대학생의 자기성찰 및 통찰력, 대인관계가 셀프 리더십에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 간호대학생의 셀프리더십 함양을 위해서는 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 탐색이 우선적으로 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기성찰 및 통찰력과 대인관계가 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 P시와 K시에 소재한 3개 간호대학의 간호대학생 239명이었다. 자료수집은 2022년 6월 1일부터 6월 15일까지 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, 단계적 다중 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 자기성찰 및 통찰력 정도는 평균 3.60±0.51, 대인관계 정도는 평균 3.83±0.48, 셀프리더십 정도는 3.41±0.45이었다. 셀프 리더십은 자기성찰 및 통찰력과 r=.570, 대인관계와 r=.396으로 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 자기성찰 및 통찰력(β=.48)과 대인관계(β=.23)는 셀프리더십에 영향하는 변수로 확인되었고 셜명력은 40%였다. 결론 본 연구결과에 근거해서 간호대학생의 셀프리더십 향상을 위해 자기성찰 및 통찰력과 대인관계의 전략적 활용이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives To present practical guidance for improving self-leadership of nursing students, it should be prioritized that exploration of the preceding predictors of self-leadership. This study was conducted to investigate the influencing factors of self-leadership among nursing students. Methods This study was a descriptive research. The subjects were 239 nursing students attending 3 universities in 2 regions. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from june 1 to june 15, 2022. Collected data was analyzed by technical statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Results An average of self-reflection and insight is 3.60±0.51, interpersonal relationship is 3.83±0.48 and self-leadership is 3.41±0.45. Self-leadership had positive correlations with self-reflection and insight(r=.570), and interpersonal relationship(r=.396). Significant predictors of self-leadership were self-reflection and insight(β=.48) and interpersonal relationship(β=.23). These factors explained 40% of the variance. Conclusions Based on this study’s results, it required the strategic use of self-reflection and insight and interpersonal relationship for improving self-leadership.
