국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학습공동체 활동과 핵심역량 간의 관계를 밝히는 데 있다. 이를 위해 K대학 교수학습개발센터의 학습공동체 프로그램 참여자를 대상으로 핵심역량 사전사후 검사를 실시하였으며, 학습공동체 참여 경험과 핵심역량과의 구체적인 유의미성을 알아보기 위해 참여자 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습공동체의 참여로 K대학의 6대 핵심역량 모두 전반적으로 향상되었음을확인하였다. 둘째, 학습공동체 프로그램의 성격에 따라 핵심역량 향상도는 상이하게 나타났다. 셋째, 학습공동체 프로그램 참여 학생들의 면담자료 분석 결과 학습공동체의 참여 경험은 개인의 학습습관 형성은 물론 다양한 학습 시너지 효과를 발생시키는 것으로 드러났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between learning community activities and core competencies. A pre-post-test of core competencies was conducted on participants in the K University's learning community program, and interviews with participants were conducted to find out the specific significance of the experience of participating in the learning community and core competencies. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that all six core competencies of K University improved overall with the participation of the learning community. Second, the degree of improvement in core competency was different according to the nature of the learning community program. Third, it was found that the participation experience of the learning community not only forms individual learning habits but also creates various learning synergies.
