국문 초록

2017년 10월 제19차 당대회 보고를 통해 중국 당 중앙은 고도로 문화유산을 중시한다고 발표하였다. 문물보호 및 이용과 강화, 문화유산 보호 전승의 임무를 강조한 것이다. 또한, 이를 통해 문화유산을 잘 활용하여 민족 단결과 국가 통일을 견지하고 문화 자신감을 배양하여 중국 특색의 사회주의 문화를 건설하고자 한다는 목표 인식을 명확히 적시하였다. 중국은 2020년부터 고등학교 2학년에 해당하는 학생들에게 역사 선택 필수 과목인 『국가제도와 사회치리(国家制度与社会治理)』 『경제와 사회생활(经济与社会生活)』 『문화교류와 전파(文化交流与传播)』를 가르치고 있다. 이 가운데 『문화교류와 전파』 , 그 중에서도 제 15과 ‘세계문화유산: 전 인류 공동의 재산’에서 문화유산에 대해 상세하게 다루고 있다. 여기에서 중국은 중국이 지닌 세계문화유산을 소개하면서 문명 대국으로서 인류의 공동재산을 수호하는 임무를 담당하고 있음을 강조하고 있다. 이는 19차 당대회 보고에서 밝힌 중국 특색의 대국외교로 신형 국제관계를 구축하고 인류 운명공동체를 추진한다는 대외정책과 같은 맥락에서 이해할 수 있다. 중국은 현재 미국이 주도하는 세계 질서를 대신하여 국제무대에서 더 큰 영향력을 발휘하려고자 ‘문화 중국’의 기치를 가일층 앞세울 것으로 보인다. 교육의 측면에서 중국의 문화강국화 노력에 대한 연구는 중국의 국가발전 방향의 큰 맥락에서 이해되어야 하며, 향후 이에 대한 연구도 이러한 맥락에서 이어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

In October 2017, the 19th Party Congress reported that the central part of the Chinese party values cultural heritage. It emphasized the mission of protecting and using cultural assets and protecting cultural heritage. In addition, the government clearly stated the goal of establishing a socialist culture characteristic of China by maintaining national unity and national unification by utilizing cultural heritage well. Since 2020, China has been teaching history, compulsory subjects such as the 『National System and Social Affairs』 , 『Economic and Social Life』 , and 『Cultural Exchange and Diffusion』 to the second-year high school students. Among them, cultural heritage is discussed in detail in 『Cultural Exchange and Diffusion』 Chapter 15, “World Heritage Sites: Common Property of All Humanity.” Here, China introduces China’s world heritage and emphasizes that it is in charge of protecting the common property of mankind as a civilized power. This can be understood in the same context as the foreign policy of building a new international relationship and promoting ‘a Community of Shared Future for Mankind’ with China s distinctive grand diplomacy, which was announced in the 19th party convention report. China is expected to put the banner of ‘Cultural China’ ahead of the U.S.-led global order to exert greater influence on the international stage. In terms of education, research on China s efforts to strengthen culture should be understood in a large context in the direction of China s national development, and future research should also be continued in this context.
