평생교육 학습자의 대학몰입과 주관적 만족감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 틴토(Tinto)의 대학생 통합 모델을 기초로 개인 특성(연령, 학력 수준, 현재 학기, 재직회사 규모, 재직기간)과 학업적 통합(유의미한 학습, 반성적 학습, 자기 주도적 학습) 사회적 통합(교수자 상호작용, 동료 상호작용)이 평생교육 학습자의 대학몰입과 주관적 만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 성인 남녀 869명(N=869)을 대상으로 온라인 서베이를 실시했다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 학업적 통합 가운데 유의미한 학습이 사회적 통합에서는 교수자 친밀 실재, 동료 친밀 실재 요인이대학몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 평생교육 주관적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 개인 특성과 사회적 통합 요인은 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 학업적 통합 가운데 유의미한 학습과 자기 주도적 학습이 평생교육 주관적 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 요인임이 검증되었다. 본 연구는 틴토의 대학생 통합 모델을 기반으로 다양한 차원의 영향요인들을 상정하였고, 해당 요인들을 실증적으로 검증함에 따라 대학몰입과 평생교육 학습자의 주관적 만족도의 영향요인의 효과를 검증하였다는 의의가 존재한다.

영문 초록

Based on Tinto’s university student integration model, this study examines individual characteristics(age, academic background, current semester, company size, tenure) and academic integration(significant learning, reflective learning, self-directed learning) and social integration. The purposeof this study was to examine the effect of (teacher interaction, peer interaction) on the collegecommitment and subjective satisfaction of lifelong education learners. Accordingly, an onlinesurvey was conducted targeting 869 adult men and women (N=869). The main results of thisstudy are as follows. First, as a factor influencing college immersion, significant learning amongacademic integration and social integration were found to have positive effects on teacher intimacyand peer intimacy factors. Personal characteristics and social integration factors did not affect thefactors affecting the subjective satisfaction of lifelong education, and it was verified that meaningfullearning and self-directed learning among academic integration are factors that positively affectthe subjective satisfaction of lifelong education. Based on Tinto’s university student integrationmodel, this study assumed various dimensions of influencing factors, and by empirically verifyingthese factors, it has significance in that it verified the effects of influencing factors on collegecommitment and the subjective satisfaction of lifelong education learners.
