대학의 통합형 비교과 프로그램을 활용한 스토리텔링 교육의 실제 사례와 방안

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 미래 교육을 대비하며 스토리텔링 교육의 필요성을 깨닫고, 이러한 스토리텔링을 교과와 연계한 통합형 비교과 프로그램으로 교육하는 방법과 실제 방안, 또 향후 방향에 대해서 살펴보는 것이다. 그동안 스토리텔링 교육은 그 중요성에도 불구하고 교과 과정 내부에서 교양과목이나 전공 영역에서 다루어져왔다. 그러다보니 일회성으로 끝나거나 특정 전공 영역에 한정되어 다양한 전공의 학생들을 위한 프로그램으로 운영되지 못했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교과와 연계하여 통합형 비교과 프로그램을 운영한 실제 사례와 효과에 대해서 제시하였다. 스토리텔링 교육을 특강, 글쓰기 클리닉, 글쓰기 대회 등 다양한 비교과 프로그램을 통합하여 단계별로 진행함으로써 다양한 전공의 학생들이 참여하고 실제 창의적 역량, 문화적 소양, 융합적 사고, 통합적 사고를 향상시킬 수 있었다. 따라서 향후에는 이러한 스토리텔링 교육을 통합형 비교과 프로그램을 개발하고, 학년별, 주제별심화 과정을 개설하여 비교과 프로그램 내부에서 지속적으로 이어갈 필요가 있다. 더 나아가 지역의 문화콘텐츠와연계하여 진행함으로써 미래를 준비하는 창의적 인재, 융합적인 인재, 글로컬 인재를 양성하는 데 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to prepare for future education, realize the necessity of storytellingeducation, and examine how to educate such storytelling through integrated extracurricular activitieslinked to the subject, actual methods, and future directions. Despite its importance, storytellingeducation has been dealt with in the field of liberal arts or majors within the curriculum. As aresult, it was not operated as a program for students of various majors because it ended one-timeor was limited to a specific major area. Therefore, in this study, actual cases and effects of operatingan integrated extracurricular activities in connection with the subject were presented. By integratingextracurricular activities and programs such as special lectures, writing clinics, and writingcompetitions, students from various majors participated and improved actual creative competencies,cultural literacy, convergent thinking, and integrated thinking. Therefore, in the future, it isnecessary to develop an integrated comparison program and open in-depth courses by grade andsubject to continue such storytelling education within the extracurricular activities. Furthermore,it is expected that it will contribute to fostering creative talents, convergent talents, and globaltalents preparing for the future by conducting it in connection with local cultural contents.
