국문 초록

본 연구에서는 초기성인의 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 내면화된 수치심, 공감, 인지적 정서조절을 검토하여 내면화된 수치심이 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 주는 과정을 공감 및 인지적 정서조절이 매개할 것으로 가정하여,이들 변인 간 관계를 구조적으로 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 초기 성인의 내면화된 수치심과 대인관계 유능성 간의 관계에서 공감과 인지적 정서조절의 매개효과를 분석하기 위해 2021년 2월 1일~10일까지 전국 성인남녀(20~40세) 558명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시한 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 25.0와 AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 수렴타당도, 판별타당도, 구조방적식 모형, 부트스트랩핑 방법을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초기성인의 내면화된 수치심은 대인관계 유능성에 부적영향을 미쳤으며, 공감능력과 인지적 정서조절은 대인관계 유능성에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심과 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서 공감능력은 완전매개효과가 있다. 셋째, 내면화된 수치심과 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절은 완전매개효과가 있다. 넷째, 내면화된 수치심과 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서 공감능력과 인지적 정서조절의 순차적인 매개효과가 있다. 본 연구는 초기성인의 내면화된 수치심과 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서 매개변인으로 공감과 인지적 정서조절의매개역할을 검증함으로써 그 내부의 심리적 역동을 구체적으로 알아볼 수 있었다. 따라서 상담 및 심리치료 접근에서 내면화된 수치심을 가진 초기성인의 공감능력과 인지적 정서조절 능력을 높여 대인관계 유능성을 향상시킬 수있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

In this study, we want to examine the internalized shame, empathy, and cognitive emotional controlaffecting interpersonal ability of early adults, assuming that empathy and cognitive emotional controlwill mediate the process of internalized shame affecting interpersonal ability. In order to analyze the mediated effects of empathy and cognitive emotional control in therelationship between internalized shame and interpersonal ability of early adults, this study used databased on an online survey which was conducted on 558 adult men and women (20~40 years old)nationwide. The analysis methods were performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs to analyzefrequency, confirmative factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, convergence feasibility,discriminative feasibility, structural spinning model, and bootstrapping. The analysis results are as follows. First, internalized shame in early adults mis-affected interpersonal ability, and empathy and cognitiveemotional control had a static effect on interpersonal ability. Second, empathy in the relationship between internalized shame and interpersonal ability has acomplete mediating effect. Third, cognitive emotional control in the relationship between internalized shame and interpersonalability has a completely mediating effect. Fourth, there is a sequential mediating effect of empathy and cognitive emotional control in therelationship between internalized shame and interpersonal ability. This study was able to specifically identify the psychological dynamics within an early adult byverifying its role as a medium of empathy and cognitive emotional control as mediation variables inthe relationship between internalized shame and interpersonal ability. Therefore, we suggest thatinterpersonal ability can be improved by increasing empathy and cognitive emotional control of earlyadults with internalized shame through counseling and psychotherapy approaches.
