대학교육에서의 역량기반 융합교육의 질 관리 제고

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대에 대학교육에서의 역량기반 융합교육 활성화를 위하여, 역량진단에 의한 역량기반 융합교육의 질 관리 제고 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 경기도 K대학교 스마트팩토리 융합전공 학생 272명을 대상으로 SUPERMAN 역량진단조사를 실시하고, 추적조사에 의한 누적분석 및 역량 간 상관관계 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 SPSS26.0 프로그램을 통한 기술통계와 일원변량분석, JASP 프로그램을 통한 상관계수 기반 네트워크 분석을 수행하였고, Tableau 프로그램을 통한 시각화 작업을 실시하였다. 결과 누적분석 결과, 대부분의 역량이 참여 정도가 증가함에 따라 역량 수준이 상승하였다. 도전정신⋅사회적 책임의식⋅융합은 크게 상승하였고, 대인관계⋅창의성⋅문제해결은 융합전공 초기의 역량 상승 폭이 매우 낮거나 부적으로 나타났다. 전체 네트워크 분석에서는 대인관계⋅사회적 책임의식⋅자원관리⋅신기술활용에 해당하는 하위요인들 간에 높은 상관이 있었고, 역량들 간 독특한 연결 구조가 나타났다. 융합전공 참여 정도에 따른 네트워크 분석에서는 참여의 누적 회수에 따라 시기별로 역량 간 상관관계가 각기 다른 특징을 보였다. 결론 역량기반 융합교육의 질 관리 제고 방안을 핵심역량 누적분석 결과와 하위요인의 누적분석 결과, 역량 간 네트워크 분석 결과에 기반하여 각각 3가지씩 총 9가지 방안을 제안하였다. 이는 개별화된 학습 지원의 기반 마련, 시기별 역량기반 교육과정 재설계 시 고려사항, 역량 연계의 우선순위 결정 등과 관련된 질 관리 방안을 포함하였다. 연구의 2가지 의의와, 한계점을 보완하기 위한 2가지 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to present methods to improve the quality management of competency-based convergence education through competency diagnoses to vitalize competency-based convergence education in higher education in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Methods SUPERMAN competency diagnosis surveys were conducted for 272 students of the Smart Factory Convergence Major at K University in Gyeonggi-do, and a cumulative analysis and a correlation network analysis among competencies were performed by follow-up. To this end, descriptive statistics and one-way analysis of variance through the SPSS26.0 program, and correlation-based network analysis through the JASP program were performed, and visualization work was performed through the Tableau program. Results As a result of the cumulative analysis, the level of competencies increased as the degree of participation increased in most of the competencies. Adventure, Ethicality, and Multiple Knowledge greatly increased. Social Relation, Unconventionality, and Problem Solving showed very low or negative increases in the initial stage of the convergence major. In the overall network analysis, there were high correlations between the sub-factors of Social Relation, Ethicality, Resource Management and New Tech Application. And unique linkage structures emerged among competencies. In the network analysis according to the degree of participation in the convergence major, the correlations among competencies were different according to the cumulative number of participation. Conclusions Based on the results of the cumulative analysis of core competencies and sub-factors, and the network analysis among competencies, 9 methods were proposed for improving the quality management of competency-based convergence education. This included laying the foundation for individualized learning support, considerations for redesigning competency-based curriculum by period, and quality management methods related to prioritizing of linking competencies. Two significances of this study and two methods to supplement the limitations were presented.
