간호대학생이 지각한 임상실습현장지도자의 돌봄과 감사성향이 공감역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생이 지각한 임상실습현장지도자의 돌봄과 감사성향이 공감역량에 미치는 영향 알아보고자 시도되었다. 방법 본 연구 대상자는 P와 D 광역시에 소재한 4개 대학의 간호학과 재학생 중 임상실습을 경험한 3, 4학년 133명이었다. 자료 수집은 지각된 임상실습현장지도자의 돌봄, 감사성향과 공감역량을 측정하는 자가 보고형 설문지를 사용하여 실시하였다. 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램으로 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 공감역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 감사성향과 임상실습현장지도자의 돌봄 하위요인 중 돌봄을 통한 신뢰와 삶의 의미에 대한 공감으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 공감역량에 대한 설명력은 총 43.0%였다. 결론 간호대학생의 공감역량을 증진시키기 위해서는 이들의 감사성향을 증진시키는 교과내외 프로그램을 운영하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 임상실습현장지도자가 학생들에게 긍정적, 지지적인 돌봄을 제공할 수 있도록 교육적, 구조적, 제도적 측면에서의 개선을 위해 노력해야 하겠다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of instructor caring and grateful disposition on compassion competence in nursing students. A cross-sectional survey design was used. Methods Participants were 133 nursing students experienced clinical practice in P and D metropolitan cities. Data were collected using self-report structured questionnaires of instructor caring, grateful disposition and compassion competence. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analyses with SPSS 25.0 program. Results The significant predictors of compassion competence included gratitude disposition and confidence through caring, appreciation of life s meanings among subscales of instructor caring. The regression model explained 43.0% of compassion competence. Conclusions In conclusion, it is necessary to provide a curriculum and extra curriculum programs to promote their grateful disposition in order to improve compassion competence for nursing students. In addition, efforts should be made to improve in educational, structural and institutional aspects so that clinical practice instructor can provide positive and supportive care to students.
