국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결과기대의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 J도에 소재하는 간호대학교에 재학 중인 학생 233명을 대상으로, 2021년 5월 18일부터 6월 1일까지 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN/23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립 t-test, 일원분산분석, Pearson’s 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 매개효과 분석은 Baron과 Kenny 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 사회적 지지의 평균 점수는 4.14±0.58 (범위 1~5), 진로결정자기효능감 3.74±0.63 (범위 1~5), 진로결과기대 3.92±0.74 (범위 1~5), 진로준비행동 3.42±0.86 (범위 1~5)이었다. 진로준비행동은 사회적지지(r=.45, p<.001), 진로결정자기효능감(r=.59, p<.001), 진로결과기대(r=.43, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 간호대학생의 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결과기대는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 이러한 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 가정과 학교의 적극적인 지원과 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결과기대를 향상시킬 수 있는 실제적인 중재개발이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of career decision-making self-efficacy and career outcome expectations on the relationship between social support and career preparation behavior in nursing students. Methods Participants included 233 students enrolled in nursing colleges located in J province. Data were collected from May 18 to June 1, 2021, using a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and three-step regression analysis using Baron and Kenny’s method for mediation. Results The mean score for social support, career decision-making self-efficacy, career outcome expectation, and career preparation behavior were 4.14±0.58 (range 1~5), 3.74±0.63 (range 1~5), 3.92±0.74 (range 1~5), and 3.42±0.86 (range 1~5), respectively. Career preparation behavior was significantly positively correlated with social support(r=.45, p<.001), career decision-making self-efficacy(r=.59, p<.001), and career outcome expectation(r=.43, p<.001). It was confirmed that career decision-making self-efficacy and career outcome expectation had partial mediating effects on the relationship between social support and career preparation behavior. Conclusions These results suggest that active support at home and school and the development of practical interventions that can improve career decision-making self-efficacy and career outcome expectations are needed to promote career preparation behavior in nursing students.
