비대면 화상 집단상담 참여경험에 대한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

목적 코로나19의 장기화에 따라 도입된 비대면 화상 집단상담의 장. 단점을 확인하여, 개선점을 도출하고 향후 비대면 화상 집단상담의 확장을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 비대면 화상 집단상담에 실제 참여해본 집단원을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, 55개의 자료가 수집되었다. 응답 자료는 일반적이고 포괄적인 인식을 확인하기에 적절한 수정된 합의적 질적 연구방법(CQR-M)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 분석한 결과, 총 8개의 영역과 37개의 범주가 도출되었다. 도움 요소로는 ‘화상 매체가 주는 도움’ ‘집단과정을 통한 성과 및 도움 받은 점’ ‘집단상담자의 촉진적 도움’ 3개의 영역이다. 화상이라는 도구가 주는 이점, 물리적 제약이 없어서 도움됨, 상호작용을 통해 집단과정에 몰입하고 성과가 생김, 집단상담자의 촉진적 개입과 화상 집단상담에 적절한 구조화 기술 등의 내용이 포함되었다. 불만족 요소로는 ‘화상 매체가 주는 불만족’ ‘집단과정의 불만족’ ‘집단상담자 개입의 불만족’ 영역으로 도출되었다. 화상 매체가 가진 한계점, 새로운 매체가 익숙하지 않음으로 나타나는 어려움, 집단과정에 몰입되기 어려움, 집단상담자의 불만족스러운 개입 등을 의미하는 범주들이 포함되었다. 개선안으로는 ‘환경에 대한 개선안’ ‘개입 및 운영에 대한 개선안’이 있었다. 작업을 하기에 적절한 공간 및 화상 환경점검이 필요함과 화상상담에 적절한 운영 및 개입전략, 적극적 참여와 생생한 상호작용을 독려할 수 있는 개입전략 등이 제안되었다. 결론 연구 결과를 토대로 비대면 화상 집단상담의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is a non-face-to-face video group counseling session introduced in accordance with the prolonged COVID-19 outbreak. The purpose is to identify the shortcomings, draw improvement points, and provide basic data for the expansion of non-face-to-face video group counseling in the future. Methods For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for group members who actually participated in non-face-to-face video group counseling, and 55 pieces of data were collected. Response data were analyzed using a modified consensus qualitative research method (CQR-M) appropriate to confirm general and comprehensive perceptions. Results As a result of the analysis, a total of 8 areas and 37 categories were derived. There are three areas of help: ‘help provided by video media’, ‘performance and help received through the group process’, and ‘facilitating help from group counselors’. Contents were included such as the advantages of the video tool, help without physical limitations, immersion in the group process and results through interaction, facilitating intervention by group counselors, and structuring techniques appropriate for video group counseling. As dissatisfaction factors, ‘dissatisfaction given by video media’, ‘dissatisfaction with group process’, and ‘dissatisfaction with group counselor intervention’ were derived. These categories included the limitations of the video medium, the difficulty of being unfamiliar with the new medium, the difficulty in immersing in the group process, and the unsatisfactory intervention of the group counselor. The improvement plan included ‘environmental improvement plan’ and ‘improvement plan for intervention and operation’. It is necessary to check the space and video environment suitable for work, and the appropriate operation and intervention strategies for video counseling, and intervention strategies to encourage active participation and live interaction were suggested. Conclusions Based on the research results, improvement measures were suggested according to the non-face-to-face group counseling was presented.
