영화 <소공녀>에 나타난 도시난민과 탈영토화

국문 초록

영화 <소공녀>는 현대를 살아가는 청년들의 난민적 상황을 총체적으로 보여주는 작품이다. 도시난민으로 살아갈 수밖에 없는 미소의 행보 속에서 드러나는 계열화된 삶과 그 안에 내재된 다기한 사회적인 문제를 본고에서 짚어보았다. 주인공 미소는 한국사회 청년의 위태로운 처지를 반영하는 대표자이거니와, ‘탈중심화’를 꾀할 수 있는 여지를 시사하는 존재이기도 했다. 보편화된 삶의 방식으로부터 탈주하게 하거나, ‘집’이라는 공간에 대한 인식을 새롭게 하고, 가족의 의미를 재구성하게 하며, 사랑과 소통이 부재한 현실을 꼬집으면서 연대의식의 결핍과 부재라는 문제로까지 이끄는 존재가 미소인 셈이다. 본고에서는 미소를 중심으로 그의 노마드적 행적을 살폈다. 미소는 영토화를 꿈꾸었지만 그것이 현실적으로 불가능하다는 것을 깨달았다. 그래서 스스로 탈영토화하여 밴드 멤버들을 찾아갔다. 만남의 과정에서 미소는 한국사회에서 계열화되고 영토화 되는 것에 대해 저항을 하며, 스스로 도시난민이 되기를 자처했다. 이로써 미소의 ‘워라밸’과 ‘나나랜더’를 통해 구현되는 탈영토화, 그리고 미소의 리좀적 세계를 지향하는 행적은 지속될 수 있었다. 또한 미소가 만났던 인물들의 처한 현실, 그러니까 집에서의 생활, 직장에서의 모습 등등은 미소에게 실망을 안겨주었다. 그래서 미소는 경제적으로 풍족하지 않은 현실에서도 자유롭게 살고자 노력하며 스스로 영토화 되지 않으려고 생각했다. 미소의 워라밸과 나나랜더는 자기애가 밑바탕에 있었기에 가능했다. 아울러 도시 공간보다 한강 변에 텐트를 치고 자신을 이해하지 못하는 자들과 맞싸우는 미소의 모습도 살폈다. 미소는 유목민적 상상력, 일종의 노마드적 삶을 지향하는 삶을 살고자 했다. 누구나 안정된 공간에서 생활하기를 희망할 텐데, 미소는 안정적인 집보다도 텐트에서의 삶을 선택했다. 그의 노마드적 여정은 도시난민으로 살아가는 청년들에게 삶의 진정한 의미가 무엇인지를 깨우치는 계기를 마련하고 있어 의의가 있었다.

영문 초록

The film Microhabitat shows the refugee situation of the youth. This paper concentrated focuses on the Série life and social problems that revealed in the urban refugee life of ‘Miso’. In this moviefilm, the main character. ‘Miso’ represents Korean youth who suffer experience dangerous situations.and also the This character who could suggest may also represent ‘De‐territorialization’. Miso reveals the problem of the lack of solidarity and the absence of solidarity by escaping from the a universalized life, changing the perception of the home, reconstructing the meaning of the family, and pinpointing highlighting the reality of lack of love and communication. This paper looked examinesat her nomadic movements. ‘Miso’ dreamsed of territorialization but realizesd that it was is impossible. So Thus, she makes orients herself toward de‐territorialization, then After this realization, she went goes to meet the band members. While meeting the members, ‘Miso’ resisted resists being Série and territorialized in Korean society, and she decided chooses to become an urban refugee herself. As a result, de‐territorialization, which is implemented realized through Miso’s ability to sustain ‘Work‐Llife‐B balance’ and, ‘As being myself’, and ‘The attitude of the towards the rhizome world’ could sustain. In addition, the reality of the people that ‘Miso’ had met meets gave a disappointment to ‘Miso’ disappointed her. And ‘Miso’ was trying attempts to live freely, even in a situation which that was not rich and was did not allow her to be territorialized it by herself. Miso’s “Work‐Like‐Balance” and “As being myself” could be are made possible by through her narcissism. Moreover, this paper focuses on the appearance of ‘Miso’ that fight with a person who does not understand her by tenting establishing a tent by the river side of in the city. ‘Miso’ wanted seeks to live a nomadic life with a nomadic imagination. Everyone else would like wants to live in a stable space, but ‘Miso’ chose chooses to live in a tent rather than a stable house. Nomad journey of ‘Miso’ nomadic journey was is meaningful to young urban refugees because it showed shows them the true meaning of life.
