국문 초록

이 논문의 목적 다음과 같다. 서양 중세 그리스도교 문화에서 철학적 사유를 연 대표적인 사상가인 요한네스 스코투스 에리우게나의 철학적 모티브와 그의 사상적 경향을 탐색한다. 그리스도교 사상에 철학을 적절하게 접목한 그의 신플라톤주의적 철학 흐름 속에서 그의 철학적 모티브와 주요한 사상적 경향을 논의한다. 이 논문의 내용은 다음과 같았다. 신플라톤주의 철학은 이데아계와 현상계라는 단절된 두 세계를 연결하고자 했다. 그리고 가능성으로 ‘동일성’의 문제를 다뤘다. 또한 철학과 종교를 동일한 것으로 이해했다. 존재 개념을 그리스도교의 창조 개념으로 설명했다. 그의 철학은 자연(physis, natura) 개념에 대한 논의로 대표되었다. 그리고 인간이 자신의 근원인 하느님을 알고자 하는 것은 자기 자신에 대하여 질문을 하는 것과 같았다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is as follows. Explore the philosophical motif of Johannes Scotus Eriugena, his representative philosopher who opened philosophical thought in Western medieval Christian culture, and his ideological tendencies. He discusses his philosophical motives and major philosophical tendencies in his Neoplatonic philosophical flow, which appropriately incorporates philosophy into Christian thought. The contents of this paper are as follows. Neoplatonism s philosophy sought to connect the disconnected worlds of the ideology and the phenomenon. And we discussed the problem of identity as a possibility. I also understood philosophy and religion as equal. The concept of existence was explained by the concept of creation of Christianity. His philosophy was represented by a discussion of the concept of nature (physis, natura). And to know God, the source of man, was like asking himself.
