국문 초록

본 연구는 Adler 심리학 기반의 대학생 인성교육 모형 개발을 하는데 목적이 있다. 우선 Adler 심리학에서의 인간관을 통해 인성에 대한 관점을 살펴보았다. 전체적 존재로서의 인간, 사회적 존재로서의 인간, 목적적 존재로서의 인간, 주관적 존재로서의 인간으로 나누어 인간관을 분석하였다. 둘째, Adler 심리학에 기반한 대학생을 위한 인성교육 모형을 개발하기 위해 우월성 추구, 사회적 관심 그리고 인생 과제라는 세 가지 요인을 선정하였다. 우월성 추구는 자기와 관련한 요인이고 사회적 관심은 타인이나 세계와 관련한 요인이며 인생 과제는 이런 두 가지 요인에 기초하여 대학생이 인생에서 해결해야 하는 과제이다. 셋째, 우월성 추구와 관련한 요인으로 Adler 심리학의 용기와 격려의 개념을 소개하고 그와 관련한 인성교육 활동을 소개하였다. 또한 사회적 관심과 관련한 요인으로 Adler 심리학의 생활양식 개념을 소개하고 관련한 인성교육 활동을 소개하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 대학생 인성교육의 이론적 근거를 가진 모형을 제안했으며 특히, Adler 심리학이라는 상담이론에 기초하였다는데 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop a model of character education based on Adler psychology for university students. First, I looked at the character perspective through the view of the person in the psychology of Adler. It was analyzed human being as a whole being, as a social reserve, as a purposeful being, and as a subjective being. Second, to develop the model of character education for university students based on Adler psychology, three factors were selected: striving for superiority, social interest, and life task. The striving for superiority is a factor related to oneself, the social interest is a factor related to other people or the world, and the life task is three tasks that university students have to solve in life based on these two factors. Third, I introduced the concept of courage and encouragement of Adler psychology as a factor related to the striving for superiority and the character education activities related to it. I also introduced the concept of life style of Adler psychology as a factor related to social interest and character education activities related to it. The significance of this study is that it suggests a model with the theoretical basis of university character education, especially based on the counseling theory of Adler psychology.
