국문 초록

최근 신입생 교육에 대한 중요성이 강조되면서 많은 대학들은 신입생 교육을 위해 다양한 프로그램을 개발하고 있다. 특히, 예비대학 프로그램은 신입생들이 성공적인 대학생활을 시작할 수 있도록 미리 준비하게 하는 첫 단계로 신입생 교육을 위한 교육과정으로 자리를 잡고 있다. 본 연구는 대학 신입생 예비대학 프로그램을 신입생 교육의 차원에서 살펴보고 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대학 신입생 예비대학 프로그램 개발 과정은 분석-설계-개발-실행-평가라는 교수체제설계 모형을 통해 예비대학 프로그램을 고안하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비대학 프로그램은 대학의 특성과 환경에 적합한 프로그램으로 개발되어야 한다. 둘째, 예비대학 프로그램은 신입생들이 효과적인 대학생활을 시작할 수 있는 첫 번째 단계로, 신입생들이 주체적으로 대학생활을 시작할 수 있도록 도와주는 수요자 중심의 교육프로그램으로 운영되어야 한다. 마지막으로 예비대학 프로그램이 대학교육과정으로 정착하기 위해서는 지속적으로 점검하고 개선해나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Recently, as the importance of freshman education is emphasized, many universities are developing various programs for university freshmen. In particular, the preliminary college program is the first step to prepare freshmen for successful university life as a course for freshman education. The purpose of this study is in developing the preliminary college program as the freshmen education. The development process of the preliminary college program was developed through the instructional system design (ISD) model called analysis - design - development - implementation - evaluation. The implications of this study are as follows. First, the preliminary university program should be developed as a program suited to the characteristics and environment of the university. Second, the preliminary college program is the first step for freshmen to begin effective college life, and it should be operated as a student-oriented education program that will help freshmen to start college life on their own. Finally, in order for the preliminary college program to become a university curriculum, it should be continuously checked and improved.
