뮤지컬 전공 직업 전문인 양성을 위한 창작 안무 무용 교육 개발의 방향 제시

국문 초록

본 연구는 4차 산업에서 요구하는 인재에 따라 창의적성 전문 예술인을 양성하기 위해 뮤지컬 전문 안무가를 위한 교육과정 개발 방향을 연구하였다. 이에 창의성 교육과 뮤지컬에서의 안무교육의 필요성을 알아보고 국내 뮤지컬 전공 관련 학과를 2~3년제, 4년제 대학 무용교과목을 많이 운영하는 대학을 선정하여 현황을 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과 나열식 교과목과 테크닉 중심의 교과목으로 운영되었고 연기, 음악 중심의 수업의 비중이 높게 나타났다, 따라서 창작 안무 교육에서는 창의적인 사고와 생각을 가지고 작품을 구성 할 수 있는 능력이 필요한 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 창작 안무 교육과정 개발 방향과 교수 학습 방법을 제시하였다. 교육개발의 방향은 학습자의 자기 주도 학습 형태의 학습법을 선택하여 제시 하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해서 다양한 안무 교육 등을 통해서 교육적 맥락에서 효과를 기대 하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the development direction of curriculum for musical professional choreographer in order to cultivate creativity professional artists according to the talents required in the 4th industry. The purpose of this study was to investigate the necessity of choreography education in the field of creativity education and musicals and to select the universities which are related to musical majors in Korea for two to three years and four - year college dance courses. As a result, it was operated as a sort of curriculum and technique- oriented curriculum, and the proportion of acting and music -oriented lessons was higher. Therefore, it was found that creative choreography education needed the ability to construct works with creative thoughts and thoughts. And the direction of development of creative choreographic curriculum and teaching and learning method were suggested. The direction of educational development was selected by the learner s self - directed learning method. Therefore, through this study, various choreographic education will be expected in the educational context.
